Hi, where did you buy that specific type of Tie Guan Yin? Thank you!

Thanks for showing how to put the scale into the calibration mode. Mine came out the box not fully calibrated (difference of 4g). There are videos out there that show the calibration instruction but every one of them say that you have to hold down the timer button while tapping the power button 5 or 6 times. Little did I know that for my model (TES005), I had to hold the timer button down while tapping the power button way past the 5-6 times (in my case, 20 - 30 times). It's too bad that Timemore does not make the calibration instruction available on their website for different models. Their email support is next to non-existent. As far as the quality of the scale, it does the job but the parts feel clunky and cheap.

I just came back from Taiwan. All the tea tasting made me realize that a small cup is the best to drink tea. A whole mug is too hot to enjoy. A swallow amount in the cup is more enjoyable and can be savored better.

I see a bunch of comments being critical on the time spent explaining the tea set compared to the time spent making the tea. Fuck them hoes. You killin it OP. I think the video content is exactly what the title suggest.

The real issue. If I do not make espresso why not buy a professional balance machine instead of a commercial one?😮

Excellent tutorial. Thank you. I have fallen in love with what I consider to be nutty aromatic qualities of Longjing tea. Also, from Fuyang.

If you have a maple handle, then you'll need a 3mm allen/hex wrench, not philips as various instructions suggest for the plastic handle.

Is your machine still working? any leaks etc. It would be interesting to know if these things last much beyond the warranty period.

On the splash guard, I use a small toothbrush and a little bit of scouring powder you can unscrew the little lid part and scrub it real good and they come completely clean. They do stain, but they come clean.

Heating the ceramic or glass Kalita doesn't make sense. They don't conduct heat well - which is good - so why heat them?

Thank you, that was super helpful because I see all these canned coffees lined up at the convini stores. Usually I buy UCC Black which is my favorite, but unfortunately, you didn’t cover it on this video. I like it better than Boss Black and it’s a lot cheaper at 7-11 for the same size can.

I had this issue with the app for my Pearl S. Tried everything on Acaia's website and what I could find online and no luck. The App was up to date. As a last resort I tried a fresh install of the App. All of a sudden it worked. Rather frustratingly when I launched the new Acaia updater app (Exactly the same App as before) I now had a larger list of Acaia products listed and the firmware for my Pearl S was a higher number than was listed in the previous updater app. I love my Scales but the software is rather poor for such a premium pricepoint scale.

Hello . It is a very useful video. Are u using simple or pressurised filter on the first machine? I think now they give both filters with bambino. Will the 54 mm porte filter can go on the grinder ? The little metal container u have look cool . Does it have a name or reference? Thanks a lot I watched a lot of video but this was one of the most useful

Do you have an issue like during grinding, the top ring is actually moving, after I made 2 shots, it moves about 1.5dots….

Coming from delonghi la specialista, this was a big leap for me. However, what caught me off guard is how noisy the pump noise is. I didnt really notice this on the videos i’ve watched prior to buying. I guess most creators would lower the volume when pulling the shots 🤷🏻♀️ but it’s growing on me since my main purpose of getting this is being able to multitask- pulling shot and steaming.

I was looking to do this also. Buy the white pro then purchase the regular level maple accents. I've heard mixed things about compatibility though. What did you end up doing?

One very important thing. Open screw from shower, check skin from brew group. Two times the skin from brew groups get bubbles. I use all like they show in manual. After 2 times same mistake i give the machine back.

Thanks for making this video! I once visited a tea shop in Ho Hot, and we spent hours chatting around a table, where our host poured tea in this method. I had never seen such a tea shop in the U.S.: hundreds of varieties of tea and a whole wall full of tea pots and tea sets. While I was there, I received many varieties of tea as gifts, and I've been enjoying them, but I hope to enjoy them more by following your instructions! I'm also glad to know that tea is more valuable when it is older, since my trip to China was 12 years ago, and I still have much of the tea unopened! Sadly, all the tea is labeled only in Mandarin, so I don't know what sorts of tea are in the packages. No problem, though, since they all smell and taste intriguing, whether I know their names or not!

Just bought 3 Carter Fellow Mugs - Matte White ( special $ 15.00 each ) which I thought was an excellent price All 3 arrived inCarter Move Mug Fellow boxes 12 oz and no dents . I based my purchase off of another Y tuber travel channel. Your review is the most specific and comprehensive and and answered the specifics I was looking for as well as peaked my interest in the other mugs you reviewed. I did customize mine with a silicon sleeve with verticale grips since the outside is kind of slippery and a heavy drop might crack the ceramic interior . Also it is BPA free, the inside guide says no oven,no dishwasher, and no microwave. Hand wash. Use only soft sponge. No course brushes as can scratch exterior or interior ceramic. While not in use store Carter with lid off to prevent unwanted smells. No metal stirring utensils . Rotate splash guard if gets stuck to remove. No children use. I have another ceramic interior mug but no metal which is microwaveable . This is not. Says 12 hrs hot- 24 hrs cold. Heat - LockDouble Wall Vacuum. Leak proof and it fits my Subaru Outback cup holder without rattle or tipping over. You are correct the splash guard and thin lip prevents that dribble of coffee or tea that sometimes gets on your clothes Designed in San Francisco - Made in China. Mine has a Blue Bottle logo on it since it was made for for the Blue Bottle Coffee Co - Maybe surplus inventory since some Amazon sell with colors charge up to $ 40. Carter Move website might have discounts at times. Also if you use loose tea like me that strainer keeps the tea leaves behind when drinking which is a nice feature . It will also stay secure ( the strainer - drip guard ) if you use tea bags.

Review step at 4:00! Removing and cleaning the GROUP HEAD is very important! Expresso grind will collect under the Head/Cap and restrict flow and get gummy affecting flow and taste!. If you have lost your alan/hex tool, use a 3mm alan/hex tool, remove the screw counterclockwise, and with a table knife, GENTLY pry the head loose, rinse, and reinstall. Snug but do not over tighten!
