I enjoy both. Many times I'll plan on fishing the white-beaver tailwater then find the gen schedule changes up on us, so we just drive 30 min to Roaring. I like to dry-fly fish so I guess I would pick RR - never had much luck on Beaver with dries.

@CASTAFLYAdventures7 күн бұрын
@@jerryg957 Yes sir! Its basically a leach pattern. I really think the UV flash that's in this pattern is what sets them off. I think when the sunlight hits it just right it's a fishy streamer, but hey what do I know 😄 If you tie I would definitely get on the vise, if not check out Lilleys' Riverside Fly & Tackle website they have them in stock, I just ordered a few more. WOW holy hell man that Hibernator was the money fly wasnt it. U caught some darn nice fish but that last one, what a stud. I was just up there the last wk of catch and keep season and its crazy how much the river has came up since i was there. All that rain and storms that came through Oklahoma must have dumped some good rain up there to it looks like. Im really hoping i can make it back up there for a weekend before this ur is up. Great video my man.

Please check my comment on your most recent video. My wife and I i trout fish Beaver Tail waters twice a year. We will be there October 11th-17th to trout fish. You're welcome to join us if youd like footage of fall trout fishing The White River. We will have a group fishing with us and we'd be delighted if you'd like to highlight the hidden jewel that we highly prize. As mentioned before it could drum up more tourism and help the local economy with people seeing the fun and ease of trout fishing such an easily accessible river.
