I would put the oil on the barrel arbor underneath the barrel bridge next time it'll save you clean up

When I saw the flaw in the applied index at12 o'clock in the "Tudor" fake, I was sure it was a wrong 'un. But, as others say, a quick glance would never tell you if the thing was real or not. So opening the case back when buying a used watch appears to be absolutely mandatory. Good video!

Braun uses sticky pads to hold the dial?! I haven't seen this before and hopefully never will again!

I broke the minute counting wheel pinion on my 7750 build while installing the tiny chrono minute-counting hand. I then looked at the data sheet and found that, in theory, fixing it involved removing the automatic device bridge and inserting the new wheel. In *theory*; but when I removed the bridge things sprang apart... Only the discovery of this video made reassembly possible...not easy, but possible. I very much appreciate the logical steps and, especially, the excellent video quality. I probably installed the clutch about fifteen times as it seemed to get out of position very easily. The reversing wheel, likewise, didn't seem to want to occupy its proper slot. However, persistence paid off, and I managed to set the bridge down neatly with the pinions all in position. Phew! Thank you. A bonus is that I now have a more intuitive understanding of how the chronograph function works. And with understanding comes the realization that it's actually surprisingly uncomplicated; not necessarily easy to work on, but logically straightforward.
You make re-attaching the clasp so quick and easy but I am having alot of difficulty with it.

I was having a hard time myself. But I realized if it's hard to push back the realignment is off.

Could it be possible that Braun service center may have a special tool to extract the glass without breaking, it is quite unimaginable that an esteemed company like Braun would design QUARTZ watches like that

Nice, yesterday I did the same movement but I like to spread a fine layer of p125 all over the barrel wall instead of several dots. I use 8200 for the spring itself, is better to use HP1300? Im curious and would like to know the benefits using it over 8200. I feel intrigued about this after watching your video.

This happened to my 3 month old Marathon Msar. They replaced the movement under warranty. Great video. Now I understand what was going on. Thanks

Hello Sir Doctor Thank you very much for that video to share your expertise . I would like to asking a question for a subject. If you know or had experience , which kind oil could we use for orings in this kind of upgrade or fixing process. Why I am asking this question , because we don't have this brand and oil option in our country . Maybe you had know any other regular oils for this process. Thanks .
