Today my 3 day of fasting 24 hours and I do eat at 5 pm some healthy food Only drink one coffe in the morning and plenty of water every day . Today I did feel clear mind. And as I have knee injury I can’t do much cardio it help me to lose weight . Specially I have high colestrol and stage tow fatty liver . Hopefully become healthy again. Thanks for video

Extended fasting is extremely dangerous for women with mental health issues. It can make someone homicidal and paranoid after a few days if they are mentally ill. You need to be cleared by a team of wellness providers.

I know this video is 4 years old but I have been squeezing in walking when I can. Now in 2025, 34 years old and wanting to get ahead of the game I am making it my goal to do it every day. Winter is rough at times so I substitute with a at home work out and I despise summer. Ideally when the weather is right for me I will forest bathe, I def need to invest in a treadmill for home. I find when I go to the gym it’s a chore. Doing it at home while watching my shows or what not will make it a breeze. Thank you for this info! 🎉

This is a good time to let your body heal and recover so consider doing yoga, taking a walk, or maybe even biking/hiking but nothing too strenuous. Ok so you are recommending some movement , also this is my first 24 hr with 1 hour to go , I’m going to try again a week later , should I try a 36 hour or just keep it at 24 hr ?

I walk a minimum of 20,000 steps five days a week mostly indoor because I love walking to videos and I don’t have to worry about the weather. I also lift weights twice a week. I’m 72 year old female. I’m still about 15 pounds overweight I’m having a hard time giving up my potatoes and sugar, no one’s looking at me anyway. Lol.

I'm 5 hours in and hungry. I'm 0ne of the people that need food every couple of hours so I'm not sure i can do 24hrs. I am a 61 year old male, 5'10" 180 lbs. What keeps you guy's motivated.

Thanks for writing in and great question! An interesting paradox is deciding whether your NEED or WANT food every couple of hours. Our bodies can go weeks without food and as humans, we evolved without having food readily available 24/7. But in this day and age, we have grown accustomed to avoiding the feeling of hunger but you CAN do this if you accept this reality. Staying busy and very-well hydrated can also help on fast days too. What if I’ve done all of this but my blood pressure readings are still 208/125 to 150/100 😢only thing not done is natural supplements yet, but don’t know if they’re safe with all my meds

I was wondering if a person with occipital neuralgia nerve impingement from spondylitis and lumber stenosis able to do those exercises with out suffering pain .. I’m 69 .. but not been able to exercise for 9 years in gym with weights due to my condition.. any advice will be appreciated.. thank you for your help.. from Perth Australia 🇦🇺
