I started taking magnesium glycinate last year, my eye kept twitching and I went to the eye doctor and nothing was found. Long story short, after about 2 weeks of taking magnesium my eye problem stopped. It has made a big difference for how I feel in general.

Yes, @gailkellas2147, it's an odd symptom of low magnesium, but is definitely one that occurs. I'm glad you were able to find out what it was, and that the supplementation stopped it.

Greetings from the Philippines @Dr Balduzzi. I'm a big fan! Magnesium is one of the most impt supplements we need to take. Im taking Magnesium GLYCINATE every night before going to sleep. Now i want to ask what other Magnesium can u suggest to add in my daily intake. Thank you so much and More power!

Is there a significant difference between cocoa and cacao? If so, what is it?

Great question! Cocoa is the more processed version of cacao, with many of the antioxidants and minerals stripped away. Opting for raw cacao is the preferred choice. Best of luck! -The FMP Team

Is there an easy test to find out if you are deficient in Magnesium? Can you supplement even though you don't know if you are deficient?
