I like that 66 GTO. Honestly it's the body style I like so if I can find a decent deal on a tempest or LeMans I'd be okay with that. As long as you're happy with what you received that is what counts.

Good improvements , and nice ride along, I used to have a 55 Roadmaster paid 75 bucks, nobody wanted a car like that in 1975, but it was sweet , red and black rolled interior and a 2dr as well, those days are long gone, oh yeah I personally like the radiator in aluminum, I just put one in the 55 truck what a huge upgrade, good luck on the rental property, God bless and catch you soon 😀😀

that transmission is a Dynaflow.. is very smooth…Buick engineering department was looking for something smooth when Pontiac, Cadillac, Oldsmobile were using a very rough transmission, Buick developed Dinaflow …is a direct drive… very slow…you can use L if you want just for taking off more faster… also you can push start that Buick… (L) and then move to (D)…

Use Zud on a scrubby with soapy water to remove surface rust. Zud is oxalic acid and it removes rust and leaves the paint alone. I love the patina and a patina sealer would make it shine and protect what's there. Nifty old car and thanks for posting.

They don't make stuff like they used to! makes me wonder how long my Insignia mini fridge (beer fridge) will last; probably not as long as the one you gussied up.

That little red indicator on the left hand side of the chiller unit - is the 'defrost now' indicator. When frost builds up and you can no longer see the red indicator, time to defrost. A small fan blowing into the inside with the door open helps speed up the defrosting time.

Not sure if you have sold yr ‘55 Roady yet but, if you haven’t, trust me that if you absolutely do NOT have to sell it, don’t! You’ll very much regret that choice on down the road some. As you can tell i'm really digg'n the Nova videos, nice job on the Tig welding do you have much time in on the Aluminum, i have spent a lot of time honing in on the Tig welding but mostly thin SS, i have got to get some helmet time on Aluminum, i did weld one part for my golf cart and it turned out ok, they sure are right about having everything clean/ clean, this beast is getting closer to roaring to life, that will be exciting, catch you on the next one😁😁
