Interesting - yes, they are apparently going 'backwards' in ww2 releasing these early tanks (the Pz I is still on my wishlist), and considering we now have three French tanks and one tractor iirc, I think we might get lucky and get one of the even earlier Polish tanks. Now, those are very rare in this scale, so if Tamiya chose to go in this direction they will have a winner. That said, of the later figure kits, unfortunately, all we have gotten is three German (four if you count the Panzer crew kit) and one late war American set, which is a little thin, so some love there would be most appreciated.

Got one for you been making decent models for last 3 years but always muck up the glass with the frosting from the glue any tips for that even when using a toothpick still get it 😢😢

I always liked the look of this tank. I built the Bronco version of this several years ago. It was an easy build. The tank is tiny, should be a fun quick build weekend project. Looking forward to adding it to my stash.

Not my first choice but it will be another great easy to assemble Tamiya kit, so yes I will be picking one up.

Dang...I was just Tamiya USA website on Monday not a peep about this cool little tank. Tamiya sure can keep a secret. On another note, I just finished building Tamiya's and the Academy's new last year motorcycle and sidecar combo's. And I have too say I really like them both, base coat just when on both models over the weekend. Back to the bench. Thanks Hank for heads up.

Good video!! May get this kit since have built ALL the other French tanks that Tamiya offers. Good learning experience when building these French tanks as well.

Will buy one as it looks really good. Built the Tamiya Char B and the French infantry set . Also made a few Heller kits of early war French tanks which look good , and at the time were the only kits available for that period. Would be nice for Tamiya to make a Cruiser Tank used by the BEF in france in 1940 with some BEF soldiers also .

Roger is the best! This looks like a great little kit. not overly complex, and I am certain up to par with Tamiya tooling. Pair the tank with the German machine gunner kit!

The photo you used in 1:43 seems like a R35 according to the suspension of the tank.
