Nicely done, Hank, but (I was there): the elastic helmet bands were green, and after only a little exposure to the elements there was no orange visible on the helmet covers - mostly just subtle shades of green, nor were the leather on the boots black. A nice, additional touch would have been to add the cords leading off the sides of the CVC helmets, down into the vehicle hatches.

Very good timing. I've been wanting to get into scale modeling, and I've been wanting to do a diorama based off of an image of NLF (National Liberation Front, proper name for the misnomer "viet cong") standing atop a destroyed M113. It's one of my favorite pieces of war photography, taken by a French dude named Roger Pic. I reenact the Vietnam war primarily on the side of the People's Army of Vietnam/National Liberation Front, and I'd love to create a nice little diorama to capture the spirit of my reenactment group.

@@SpruesNBrews I bought the set . . . They take some getting use to not using paint . . I have used them on tank tools etc etc.. . small stuff which is what I think they were made for. .. . You could paint an entire model with them but why would you. But I think they will come in handy. . . another tool in the toolbox.
