they get the crispiness by using a commercial-grade pressure fryer the only way to get close to this process is to know how to properly double fry example you first fry your battered chicken at 180 degrees Celsius for 6 minutes then second fry it at 200 degrees Celsius for 10mins boom crispy fried chicken

The lady in red is the most timid, and she looks like the youngest. She waited to make sure the other two didn't fall over after they tasted theirs. Thanks for sharing this. Ordinarily you don't or would not dip lobster in ketchup, but butter. The same when you served fish and chips, the Ole ketchup appeared. Fine for dipping French fries of course. Never dip LOBSTER in ketchup! Sort of sacrilegious, in my humble opinion. 😊

Yep, we drink hot chocolate, hot tea, and hot coffee. We also drink cold chocolate, iced(cold) tea, and iced(cold) coffee. We also drink hot Dr Pepper!
