Blueberries have seeds, they are just small. They burst open when cooked, so they don't have to be crushed. We have a lot of wild blueberries here in northern Ontario, which, IMO, have more flavour than the ones we can get in the grocery store. Ours will be ripe usually mid-July.

Raeen clearly *loves* it. It's a favorite of mine, too. I agree with some of the other comments that suggest letting them try to make it, if the channel has the budget to purchase the ingredients. (And get some tamarind jam to put on top! Fusion cuisine FTW!) Food react videos are good, but the videos where they learn or get to try new things are better!

The base layer is crushed biscuits mixed with melted butter, the middle filling can be a mix of cream and cream cheese, poured over the set base, sometimes fillings are set with gelatine, others set with lemon juice. The top layer is cooked berries with a thickening agent to set the juice, like cornflour or arrowroot powder, poured over the set filling. Cheesecake is made in many flavours, a lot of fruit flavours, chocolate and nuts. Some cheesecakes are baked in an oven, others are set in a refrigerator, over time. Some of the fruit juice can be stirred into the cheese filling to boost the flavour, too much will stop it from setting.

I wish you would buy a package of cream cheese and show them. Let them taste it on a warm bagel or roti. They will experience the sour taste without the sweet. Cream cheese can enhance the taste of meat; think chicken breast on a hard bread spread with cream cheese and toasted. Sugar is added to cream cheese to make it sweet and the sweet/sour taste is then perfect for a variety desserts.

I also reacted to the fact that Aman's eyes looked a bit different, mostly his right eye. Eyeliner (or in this case probably kohl) looks so good on guys tbh. There might also be some interference from the chroma keying for the greenscreen that makes his eyes "pop" more, but I'm not entirely sure.

Blueberries and cranberries need shade and moisture and cool. We eat quite a few of them here in the USA. Nearby me, blackberries, raspberries, and wineberries grow, and I make jam. What fruits/foods are grown OR grow where you live? Figs/dates are delightful!

You should show them how to make it. It is really easy and not that expensive to make, well at least in the UK it isn't. There are many videos on KZbin demonstrating it. I like the one you don't have to bake the best.

It is quite expensive to make for them. The type of cheese ( which is imported) alone can be several days of salary for them.

The biggest issue is that they are imported products and quite expensive (like several days of salary for them). It's not in their habits either and they likely don't have fridges (in Madhya Pradesh where they live, less than 25% of households owned one as of 2022).
