You shouldn't give them water with hot/spicy food it takes the coating off the tongue and makes the heat worse. You should give them the milk or yogurt drink, which calms the heat!

I love spicy things and not even I would attempt that challenge or come anywhere near it! They get big props from me. I almost died when Sarru said he could feel smoke coming out of his ears and the fumes from the chili being all over the room.🤣 Raeen did well considering he ate a bigger portion than Sarru and Babu, but then he had to visit the toilet. 🚽Poor guy. These guys are hilarious and I appreciate them enduring that suffering to entertain us. They're all champs in my book. 🏆🏆🏆

A pinch of baking soda actually counter acts the acids from the pepper oils in the chip. It is the best thing to put on your tongue if you can't handle it

Aww this video reminded my of my 3 years in Bangalore where I was sent off to work. It was awesome time. My colleagues would come back on Mondays and were telling stories about their weekends with families and how much chili and spicy foods they ate, it was a little competition. I got involved when they cooked a dish for me. I got a bit worried when they emptied a whole bag of red spices in it - curry and chili mix - then proceeded to gut out 12 itty bitty chili peppers and used all of the seeds! The food was delicious, but I felt like I ate lava. But it broke some threshold for me because I can really tolerate a lot of spicy foods now :D though I would not dare this. Great reaction and challenge, thank you whole team for yet another entertaining video.

You do get used to it. I can eat birds eye chillies off the bush but I had half a carolina reaper chillie the size of my thumbnail and it had me on the ground in a pool of sweat haha. Those things are deadly.

I always find milk is the best thing for extinguishing the fire. My wife is Malaysian and her Sambal is deadly but I love it. My immune system is really strong because of all the spicey food I eat.

To get rid of the burn from spicy food, you should have something with fat in it, like whole milk. My favorite is squeeze parkay butter, if you add that to really spicy food, it will make it milder.

If you watch the Hot Ones interview show you'll see that nothing really works to ease the burning except time. The remedies provide a bit of distraction though. That was fun. My tears were only from laughter luckily.
