I have the ts5-25 also and have been struggling to find a sun shade wondering it the one you installed in the video was screwed all the way in, or will it always show that small gap between the objective end and the sun shade?

@@theYCB There is plenty more threading for the piece to twist onto the scope. I don't want to ruin the o ring. I've seen guys with Arken Optics without a gap.

So do I understand correctly that if you buy the Ready To Run version with the purple colour, you get the chassis and a pre-painted body but no way to mount the body? That seems a little crazy. If I buy the 820141 magnetic mount kit, I then have everything required to mount the body, including the bracketry to attach to the chassis at the rear?

Anyone that complained here, received some harsh words from the video creator. Well, I'm here for my share as I'm going to complain too. I thought the review got fixated on not so important things and that it compared dissimilar bikes. Gain has a very specific purpose and is good at that: give some assist and not make it a complete ebike. Folks like me who live up a hill connect to the idea of some assist on the way back. It is not meant to be compared to a level 3 ebike. I would not buy a level 3 ebike, but would consider Pirandello Dyodo or Orbea gain. Gain looks like a cyclists's bike. Almost any level 3 looks like it belongs to someone who is just interested in transportation (and is prone to riding faster than they can control - I keep a distance from them). There is a difference. If I want transpiration, I can use a segway too. My current Pinarello (non-ebike) doesn't state fastening torques either, by the way. That doesn't make it a bad bike. And aesthetically, I think some traditional cyclists (me included) like the minimalist screens such as the one on the Orbea. Easy to read, ever lasting battery, etc. Granted mine does have a good back-light that I rarely use. I take out my Garmin only if I need the navigation or watt meter data. The plus of the review: I love the color of the bike.

There was a throttle upgrade in the V2? I haven't kept up as I don't ride as often to none. I suppose a throttle could be achieved with a different main computer unit that has a plug for it. As far as mounting a throttle, there are many ways to mount anything to a dropbar. Very much easier than writing the Declaration of Independence I'm sure.

Hi bud, Nice video and nice car, earned new subscriber 🤙 I got my hands on RMX2.5 RTR two weeks ago GT500 Mustang body - absolutely loving it. Having hard time to understand what suspension bits are working on rmx2.5 - 2.0 are fully compatible with each other or maybe there is other components that can be fitted as direct replacement 🤔 Ordered Nobel NB4 radio remote plus few little modifications related to gears. Btw there is a video related to how to make wireless lights on body- I think you connect power to the magnets so you don’t have to plug cables every time ✌️

@@MrBehindTheScenes_ RTR stands for ready to ride, comes with a controller and a blank painted body. You will need a battery. The magnetic mounts, lights, wheels, are accessories. The cage was built from scratch. The receipt is shown in the video, Google the vendor. I covered everything in the video if you would listen carefully! You're not the first to ask the same redundant questions because people don't pay attention or watch entirely. Everything you need to know about it is covered.

Though there is a flame led exhaust kit that arrived. It just has been collecting dust really ever since this video. Life priorities and my dog has cancer.

How did you get those flat sheets into perfectly round tubes for your roll cage? 🤔

Set the round tube parts where you'd want it first, then make the flat drilled pieces. Tape to hold. Glue to set. The cage is attached to the roof part of the car's body only. I would leave a very small gap in between cage + body anywhere else for it to give during impact. Use masking tape to protect the paint when building or designing your cage.

Drilled plastic light buckets to mount the LED lights itself. A paper tape to hold the wires to the body. Double sided tape to hold the control unit.

Thank you, I understand for rc cars. But in a real car with front engine rear wheel drive, there is never more weight in the back. That is the reason I said drifting an rc car in this setup would be similar to drifting a Porsche in the real world. Except for the tires in this rc has so little traction making the techniques of weight transfer & power over not behave like a Porsche, but more like a rwd front engine vehicle. Of course a real car would also have the ability to upset the rear via clutch kicking or hydraulic ebrake. Where this rc is only heavily relying upon a heavy rear to upset the rear.

It's 80 Nm of torque and 250w power. A higher wattage maybe a danger to the chain. Then again, there are ebikes that are designed to handle much more. It depends on the quality (not from Walmart or Target stores) and material of the bike (KMC e.11 Turbo chain, 34/50T crank 11-32 cassette, 11-Speed). Most of all it's the physics: what kind of road surface, what's the incline, duration of a climb, temperature, smooth or bumpy terrain, and how much weight (I'm about 220 lbs, bike + battery is 36 lbs, and another 15 lbs of gear). Maintenance: do you keep it fairly clean, lubricated, and spokes/wheels true? Lastly, do you ride it properly: lower gearing when on an incline, pause on power while shifting/changing gears, downshift when slowing down to set up for correct gear to accelerate from a stop...I have thousands of miles riding experience on ebikes. Never have I stretched a chain, even with my weight & how do I know? Because I fully understand all the factors I've mentioned above and a bike chain checker tool said so.

First create or scan a tag into your computer. Shrink the size to fit on your model body style. You can print it on a photo paper + laminate or on a sticker to put on a piece of polystyrene.
