Sign up for Quickbooks Online Accountant: c1.qbo.intuit....
Then go to "ProAdvisor" on the left, then "Training" at the top
TECH PROBLEMS?
If you can't see training, first try a new browser (maybe Firefox). You can always call Intuit with issues. To see if Proadvisor training is available in your country, I found these steps in a help forum:
To check if QuickBooks offers the training in your country:
Go to this link: quickbooks.int....
Scroll down and at the bottom of the page, choose your country from the Select a Country drop-down.
Hover your mouse on the Accountants & Bookkeepers tab at the top mid of the page.
You'll see the ProAdvisor Portal or Training from the drop-down.

for someone that is slow (like myself) if youre doing the first step that she describes and has to go through the sign in option differently than what she's put up, where you actually want to go is "sign up" then you should be able to follow the rest of the steps My reasoning for this comment is because doing her steps takes me to a page where you have to set up a subscription i have no idea what its even about anyway and it scared me so in case anyone else was stumped by that then i hope that helps where you sign in theres a text that says "not an .. ___ .. SIGN UP" it doesnt take you to the same sign up

hi, I am confused whether I should go for "QuickBooks Pro Advisor" or "QuickBooks Certified User" certification. To give you context, I have just completed my diploma in business accounting and trying to get all the skills to be AR/AP Clerk or similar roles. My QB ProAdvisor completely changed a few weeks ago, it is not the same format as it used to be as you have here in your video. All of my training courses I completed got erased and it’s all completely different courses. Did this happen to anyone else?

Yes, this also happened to me. I was on the phone with QB customer support to try to figure out what happened and they told me that the Training experience changed back in October. I completed the entire course and was taking practice questions to prepare for the exam and that's when it changed to ProAdvisor Academy. They didn't save anyone's progress so I have to re-do all of the modules. They said they sent an email out, but I couldn't find one.

Why can't I find this? When I sign in to the accountant version it takes me directly to my regular quickbooks online account. When I go to accountant view I don't see the option ProAdvisor. Do I have to create a separate account for quickbooks online accountant?

QBO is so annoying. They have already changed the interface. I have the accountant version and it looks nothing like this. I have already received the 3 QBO badges... but the "Pro Advisor" part is confusing. I want to be searchable... but it looks like a scam... for example ... sign up for doc u sign or do this...

Yes, Morgan can sympathize with the frustration. Almost every time she creates an updated video on the QBO ProAdvisor training and certification, they change it again. QB training modules are very convoluted. Did you record this before their November 2024 update? When I open training it forces me to a separate ProAdvisor Academy window which has similar options but makes it seem like it’s QB for seniors… large font and everything spread out. Huh. What I see on my screen looks completely different. Much more basic. I enrolled in Certification Level 1. I do see stuff, it just doesn't look anything like what you show. I think Margie is right - the self-study is mostly just a bunch of reading, and the reading doesn't correspond well with the questions. Ah well. That's what we get paid the big bucks for, right?
