I'm also sure in 6 years, he's learned much better ways to handle this. - Try using a backout bit. - Dremel a slit and use a flat screwdriver to remove screw. - Carefully use vice grips. - DON'T use torx drivers in hex screws. Always use good quality, properly sized hex drivers. - DON'T use hammers. You risk damaging your driver, or the car itself. - DON'T try to use super glue. If it runs, you risk permanently gluing the screw to whatever it's attached to. Some commenters mentioned this as a track fix. If you must fix, take it home and do it right, lest you cause unneeded frustration and cost.

I found a stripped grub screw on mine and i got so lucky with it whoever out it in didn't fully screw it in and I was able to use my fingers to get it out

Just want to throw this out there.... A Stainless Steel screw or bolt would have not been cut by the saw very easily... Stainless is hardened rust and oxidation resistant metal. You want regular aka mild steel or iron screws and bolts.
