I say the Bomber jacket with bound seams, no one will see inside unless you show them and I think you would get more wear for longer in the cooler seasons with it. Love your waistcoat outfit! Looks great on you!

I’d call your white shoes pumps too, but my American aunt calls what I would call a court shoe a “pump”, you know, high heel, slightly squared off toe, often patent, and really formal. Funny how the same word can mean totally different things to people allegedly all speaking the same language 😂 I love your jersey skirt by the way, I need to get around to making one 😊

I was telling What Bec Sews how much I loved the animal print dress I saw you try on (in her vlog) at the K&S Festival. It looked so perfect on you. I'm not an animal print kind of girl but I'd love to try a pair of pants as well. I do have a question about your Blanca Flight Suit (which, btw, suits you so well!). In my recent BTPD Sewscription Box, Andrea included a 9oz Lady McElroy, no stretch, denim. I'm also not a big fan of denim on me. But the fabric is such great quality and I have 2.5m. Do you think this type of denim would work for the Blanca or would it be too stiff? What did you use? Thank you for keeping me company today on a rainy, cold fall day in upstate New York!

Such devastation when a loved one has a stroke. We have a dear friend who had a major stroke 2 years ago we are supporting. He was only 48 and doesn’t look hopeful for a recovery. He Still has 2 children at home and a wonderful wife but it has really taken a toll on them all.

He is fine now but suffers with depression on and of through the years.

Angela my husband had viral encephalitis when he was 26. He was in a coma

Your coat looks really nice over your skirt. The blouse WIP would look good under your dungarees, maybe with a roll neck underneath on colder days, as the layered look of a polo/roll neck under a shirt with a cardi or jacket over look is appearing on a lot of the websites I’ve looked at lately - very 70s 😊. Showing my age 😂
