I know these vids are a bit old but thank you for posting them. I just did this, Swiss ball press and the cable/ machine diagonal twist thing and they are awesome. I just trail ride and supermoto but this is definitely going to help!

Damn-- flex isn't all, it's never power! Hence; 200lb bike-- with small arms? Dumb as hell! Lite weight, the quickness, of reps! Need slow, deep breathe reps. Match scuba- diver breathe.

Jason Falcon 76 if you want to rule motocross Supercross Freestyle Motocross then learn how to surf a skim board. 2nd start training with the Gracy family and your good. Watch out for the TAP. WHICH I'VE NEVER DONE.

looks like a little bit to explosive for me, wouldn't it be better if they bring in a little more stability(slower controlled movement) and less of this swinging, i mean they don't need to be that explosive , cause the right hand is for the explosiveness and their body is here to make it stable . to keep the heart rate up some sprints or rowing in between but the dumbbell exercises slowly and controlled positive and negative, just my opinion .

its not traditional lifting weights, his workouts are based on endurance hence "high rep" also this mimics movements done on a motorcycle in a way which his workouts cater to.

It works your core and stability by implementing instability. The problem with conventional DB presses for MX is that it’s one stable plane of movement, MX is not one stable plane, it constantly changes and your body is constantly moving. Conventional DB presses are for the bodybuilder or fitness person who wants to look good...Ryno is showing functionality or functional strength training
