I'm not quitting, dont worry! It does look like that... but what happened was I lost motivation for about 2 weeks, then when I got motivated again... I got busy. Hopefully I'll be able to get out a new video soon - I've been holding onto an idea I quite like for the past few weeks now - but if not soon, it'll come eventually.

Really? Farmland can only be made from a hoe, likewise path blocks (what the intro path was entirely made of) can only be made from a shovel. If your shovel is making farmland that's a bug or something.

Do you mean the tab with the command block icon? It's a vanilla (Java exclusive) feature called operator item utilities tab or something similar. You can find it the controls tab I think.

I thought your tricks were cool, but the FPS of the video coupled with how frequently you moved the camera around made my eyes feel really funny. Try downloading the Replay mod and recording from a 3rd person perspective so that you don't get all of the jittery movement (unless you can improve the FPS).
