this is as good as any iron farm ive ever built, and im a pretty technical player :3 (i usually play modded though) if youre looking for more farms to build i think a gold farm or a general mob farm is always fun, just make sure to learn a bit about mob pathfinding for the general one (they like walking over open trapdoors)

I'm not entirely sure since I didn't do any further research myself, but I have the question, "Does this design end up grinding to a halt because the villagers can't sleep because they're constantly in panic mode from the zombies?"

If they need to be able to sleep to be able to spawn golems then probably... Though, I have no clue because I didn't look into the mechanics before making the video, and I still haven't.

Something that (I think) is worth mentioning is that i THINK i may be the one who originally got the ball moving to get it uploaded to the archive. I made a tweet in July of last year basically being like "yo wouldnt it be cool if that minecraft book got archived" and PencilVoid, the uploader, said they had a PDF version of the book but was unsure if they could get in trouble for uploading it. Then not long after he posted a reply with a link to the archive page and, well, here we are LOL i do think though that i still shouldn't get any credit for the work done here because i just brought interest for the book into the public again and none of the actually important stuff. I just feel like pointing this out since i am technically part of this process

Found your tweet! That's quite interesting. Considering PencilVoid replied to your tweet, you replied to the reply, and they uploaded the scan, all in the same day, I'd say it's likely you influenced them to upload it when they did. Shame I didn't find the tweet in my research, cos it'd have been a cool lil bit to expand the story of how it got to being archived.

Some criticism because it's essential for improvement. 7:39 Shulker boxes are entities. You can test this yourself by building a cube of shulker boxes in the sky next to a cube of regular blocks. The shulker boxes with unload at a closer distance because they are entities. 8:05 What monster needs that many crafting tables???

It's called 'Replay Mod'. Essentially its a mod where you can record your gameplay and then load it later to make something like a timelapse. Many KZbinrs use it. :)

When I was watching the video I really wanted to put some non full blocks ahhhhh especially the table decorations and the chain. But surprisingly it ended up quite good!!! Really cool!

I think you should try to build only using blocks for they are meant to be, like: stairs are only used for stairs, not for chairs or roofs. It would be pretty challenging
