My Mashed Fauxtatoes are a perfect side dish, made with hearts of palm. Add some cheese ad it makes it even more special. I did a video, my most viral, for the keto fauxtatoes. Excellent.

Unlike Lindsey, I am totally enjoying this heatwave. I abhor cold weather. I like it lightly cool but no snow, no 30 degrees days. Also, where we differ, LMNT Chocolate Caramel is amazing in coffee or hot as a cocoa and I have one almost every night. It is amazing. I cannot wait for the Chocolate Medley, I will get several boxes as the Chocolate Chai is a favorite too. I wish they would make full boxes of Chocolate Chai.

I keep on getting distracted on Wednesday before I leave for work - stuff to do before I leave. I will try to make the next live coffee chat, even for 1/2 hour. I keep missing them! Boo hoo

I agree with @LindseyMurphy I do not need to decorate for the season on the outside. So much money and time to do it perfectly. My neighbors do that. I do put up a fall wreath on the front door, and then I set up a Fall related table on the inside of the house, put a wreath on the basement door and that is about it. Maybe a set of Halloween baking cups, and a couple of Peanuts Halloween mugs and that is the end. Costs a lot less, takes much less energy. My family hates Halloween anyway. Once your children are way older you don’t feel the need for the whole neighborhood to see your decorations.

Wait. What?! You didn't put any water in the Instant pot. Is that safe?? Went back to SB Gal video and she does put about 1/2 cup of water. Yet my pudding failed by following her method even after 12 minutes of pressuring 6 eggs. 😢 Is the amount of liquid in the bowl sufficient for the pressurized vessel? Yours looks really great and I want to try it. 😊

You definitely wanna add more fat to your Keto Chow if you want it to tie you over for longer. MCT oil doesn’t really count. I also add an extra scoop of protein like you do, and sometimes I put my collagen in there as well since it’s unflavoured. I also don’t listen to the haters and use almond milk instead of water as well, or sometimes I’ll use coffee, depending on which Keto Chow flavour I’m making. But since it’s already so low in carbs and in fat, you’re gonna need more fat to up the satiety factor. All great meals today. Great video!😊

I haven’t saw that in the store but orange cream keto chow is the way healthier way to go and should be chosen over the other one for sure.

I use double cream yoghurt and always add some vanilla or chocolate whey protein - Sometimes I add warmed blueberries - Yummy!!

Duplicate comment w/o hashtag because I've heard YT is deleting comments with hashtags - Back in 2019, I tried ketochow (I fell off the wagon and just got back on. it took a minute lol). I only used it as a meal replacement and a liquid meal was just not filling enough for me. Now I'm so curious to try baking and making creamis using ketochow.
