I use double cream yoghurt and always add some vanilla or chocolate whey protein - Sometimes I add warmed blueberries - Yummy!!

Aww thanks for coming over! I love the variety of MariGold products, especially their flavored collagens. Plus, as a Texan I like supporting a small Texas company. If I was sensitive to dairy, I’d use Equip, but as it stands I’m fine with dairy. Skyr is an Icelandic yogurt-cheese that has the consistency of Greek yogurt. It has 2 sections, a larger platform that is whole grams (it weighs up 11lbs) and a smaller platform (weighing up to 16 oz) that does 0.00g - so it’s pretty precise on that smaller scale zone.
