the judge absolutely decided invoking rights is contempt of court. sadly contempt of law is not a problem for judges. and holding court without a pro se defendant is clearly a violation of due process, and has cost 1 judge his carrier. it should be an automatic grounds for removal.

Even if you didn’t have a disability, this incompetence should be taken to the justice department, but under ADA they have to afford Mike certain privileges or allowances or conditions. More conducive to his condition and railroading. Somebody is definitely not ADA compliance.

When one represents themselves as Pro Se, they are held to attorney educated and licensed standards. Presenting in Propia Personum means the Judge/court does not hold the accused to attorney standards, but as a laymen and grants a huge leeway of not being held to such stringent standards. I posted a much more in depth informational as to what the law is, but it was removed before getting posted.

How many years has it been!!!???!!! More than ten years!?! And, finding 'No Justice for Veterans' who are virtually spit-on by the Courts!!! I fought in Vietnam, have 'Muscular Dystrophy' and told that I had to report that as soon as I left Vietnam...going on 54 years, and diagnosed not 5 years ago. I get pain medication, reluctantly and not of sufficiency to manage the pain more than 3-4 hours each day, take-as-needed, and a 30 day supply (30 oxycodone)! It seems that both political party's literally hate Veterans with disabilities you can't get if you didn't report as soon as you left 'Nam!!! Agent Orange, poisoning hundreds of thousands who were assigned in the South, maybe millions!!!
