I own a 2004 LX(some wierd transport vehicle idk) that was used by my county and figured id give this a try(never installed anything or done anything like this). I just installed mine, after everything it is off by a hair. Getting the brackets to hold the bar symmetrically was pretty terrible until I tightened everything and even then as i say ever so slightly its off and it tight as hell. Mostly leaving this comment in case anyone in my situation with limited mechanical knowledge wants to try it.

I have a 2019 2.7 Ecoboost XLT and this plate fit perfectly. You have to purchase 2 extra bolts and nuts which are the #'s he provided. There is a open space at the front that you can see the drain plug. I'm going to install a Ronin drain plug and hopefully I can get my hand in there to drain it without taking the shield off. Also the raptor plate was cheaper than the original fibre cover.

I own a 2014 silver one SE eco boost , first car and I love my Baby .. was at 121k now almost 157k in a year , a great uber/lyft suv..I wanna get a gold one next.. just wish it had more modern features .. the S and SE suck but the titanium is where it’s at..

Got a question I want to buy this same bulb for my vehicles. I have a 2011 crown vic a 2007 crown vic and a 2009 Impala all police cars. Will this bulb fit all of these, or nis all the spotlights different sizes? They look the same to me but I'm nto sure you seem to have more knowledge on this end.

i have 2018 escape it was trouble free 1st 2 years but i just ended putting a new transmission and high pressure fuel pump in at same work great again i hope will contiune to be great i know there alot bad reviews on the escape but i do love the car for small suv its a great little car

Thank you for the vid! Jus did my 2020. You can get away using the existing 8mm's but you have to heave the plate up and hold it so the bolt can catch. ... I did think I was missing something as the fiber/felt one sort of slots in between the 2 8mm anchor points, where the metal one doesn't. As far as I can tell, the metal just fits over top (?)

My 2013 Escape S model with 2.5L engine has been great. 104,000 miles. There is a known issue on the 6F35 transmission but the trans drain n fill I did at 50k intervals seems to have prevented any issues. I do use Prolong transmission treatment. It made it very quiet and shifting became very smooth.

You dont even have to remove the mirror part. You can access access the tabs by pivoting the down and in on yhe inside edge 😂

To spot a 2011 Impala 9C 1 I noticed it did not have ambient air sensor, I was thinking the center was bad until I found it missing went and bought one put it in, and OEM still don't see no temperature my question is did they even install a ambient temperature sensor in these police model cars

Which kind of cab do you have? Another commenter said he lacks the front mounting holes on a regular cab. I've got a 2019 2.7L XLT super cab (half-doors in the rear) with the same issue. I wonder if those holes are there by default on the crew cab (full four doors) and not on the regular/super. That's the only thing I can think of to explain why the truck in the video has them and mine doesn't. They're otherwise the same engine, trim level and model year. What did you decide on doing? I haven't ordered the metal one and I'm not sure what to do. I found someone on a forum with a newer F-150 without those holes say they're fine with just the smaller ones in the front and the ones in the rear. Still would like more opinions, though.
