Great video brother. Appreciate your work. Lebron’s not the greatest player of all time though. He’s the most inorganic, manufactured, corporately owned sports athlete of the last 25 years along with Cristiano Ronaldo & Roman Reigns. They’re 3 of a kind. But, outside of that, great video 💯
@talkhiggins19 күн бұрын
If he is in your top 5, we can agree to disagree. But the longevity, consistency, and the 3-1 comeback against that 73-9 Warriors team made him the G.O.A.T. for me.🐐
@chriscj7119 күн бұрын
@@talkhiggins He’s around #9 - #10 on my list. In my opinion, you can make an argument that Magic, Bird, Kareem, MJ, Wilt, Shaq, Bill Russell, Hakeem, & Tim Duncan all at least had higher peaks than him if not comparable or better careers in terms of their impacts on their teams winning than Lebron. And even though I’d still rank him as individually greater than these guys, you could argue that Kobe, Pistons Isiah Thomas, & the Dr. J/Moses Sixers could all beat Lebron in the finals. I mean he lost to Dirk when he had the far superior team with D-Wade & Chris Bosh. So he’s barely in my top 10. So we’ll have to respectfully disagree. But, again, great channel 💯
@talkhiggins19 күн бұрын
@chriscj71 Barely top 10 is a wild take. There are only two players ever with 4 NBA MVPs and 4 Finals MVPs. He is the all time leading scorer, 4th in Assist, 9th in Steals and 10th in Defensive Rebounds. And most all time playoff wins, points and games. The man is 40yrs old and still a top 20 player in the league. No one is gonna come anywhere close to touching this longevity and consistency. The body of work is there to be at least top 5.
@chriscj7119 күн бұрын
@@talkhiggins I respect your take, but stand by my statement. The main thing that matters to me is how your contributions to your team contribute to winning over a career span. Individual accolades are icing on that cake. Lebron flamed out & underwhelmed too many times to be considered greater than the guys I put above him in my opinion. By 2018, we’d already seen the best of him. I was saying then that Bird was still better & that the only thing Bron is better than Bird at is athleticism & at one point (2008-2013) defense. He’s in my top 10 at the moment, but barely. The only guys he can argue having a greater peak than in the top 10 are Shaq & Wilt and even Shaq did something Lebron couldn’t do, which is lead a team to a 3peat. And if it ever publicly comes out that he was on PEDs (which there is high suspicion) then he drop even further on my list
@talkhiggins19 күн бұрын
This peak argument is a strange argument. He went to 8 consecutive NBA finals the list of people to do that are the 60's Celtics and Lebron. He beat a team with the best regular season record ever. And there are only five players with 4 or more NBA MVPs Kareem, Jordan, Russell, Chamberlain and Lebron. That seems like a pretty high peak to me. 🤷🏿♂️

I make more than I did 2 years ago, but my finances are worse I'm just lucky I'm a student. So my grant money is a source of income at this point. I have scholarships that fully cover my tuition, so I take out student loans when needed. I just think of it as a necessary investment for now, as I know I'll make more in the future. By the time I'll graduate I'll likely have 20k in debt simply from living expenses.
