Here in WI they up the electric and gas bills all the time when you confronted them they say well we are predicting a colder than normal winter then when you say then why did you give me three months off because u was ahead on my budget bill why didn’t you just keep me paying my bill instead of of stopping the pay due three months? They don’t gave an answer.. like the short news!
