Thanks for the great tour. It was very informative and the one of one tour format was very effective at keeping my attention throughout every moment. Been to Big Cities, Mobile still livable at practical means.Compare to Houston, NOLA, Atlanta and L.A.No complaint.

64 years old born in New Orleans ans lived in Mobile since I was 2 so Mobile is my home and I love it but now I find myself selling out and moving to Arkansas to live by my daughter and grandaughter to live the last part of my life a sad and I hope happy time. Different anyway ❤

I think you will find that difficult to answer, because Mobile is very diverse in general, and every community will be different. I wish I could help give a more definite answer.

My experience is that NOBODY smiles in Alabama. My car broke down there and I was stuck there for two weeks, in hotels, waiting for a transmission to be shipped from Pennsylvania. Being from the midwest, with 15 years in Los Angeles, It was unsettling, actually.

I’m not sure if it’s done the same way now, this was almost 5 years ago, but I received my score immediately. I was told they don’t give you the score anymore, unless you fail.

@@livinginmobile thanks. According to the information given to me in preparation of my test, which is scheduled for 08/13/24, if you pass or fail, one will receive notification immediately! I look forward to taking the test…I have always been interested in real estate! Thanks for the tips!!!

Great video Jeff. I remember EVERY trip to the Enviromental Center growing up in Mobile. Looked forward to that fieldtrip every year. West Mobile is a great place to live. You can find EVERYTHING you need. These areas you shared in the video are well maintained and a desired part of Mobile to reside. If you're looking to move to Mobile, West Mobile is growing and it's still affordable compared to national housing costs.

We ended up moving to Huntsville, AL from Pensacola, but I still like watching your videos 😊. We came close to moving to the Eastern Shore, but ended up with a job offer in Hville. We like it up here, it’s actually quite nice! Hope you keep making videos though, as it’s fun “driving” around Mobile with your tours 👍🏻

I live in Fairhope but have a place on the water in DI and absolutely love the serenity of it. Favorite thing to do is read a book on my porch with a cup of coffee overlooking the bay side.

US-98 connects West Palm Beach, FL with Natchez, MS. The route goes concurrent with Moffett Rd in that part of Mobile.
