Hi steven, my bike is idling at 1kish Rpm, then during riding when bike reaches 4k Rpm, bike is stuck at 4k RPM and never goes back to idle rpm, only way to go back to Idle RPM is to Fully stop, and engage clutch

Good video, this helped. My friend removed my carburettor but left me to put it back on so thanks to you I found where the fuel pipe goes. However, that pipe that’s hanging straight down from the bottom and goes off screen in the video, where does that go?!?! Im new to this and can’t seem to see where it connects to. Thanks

my kewey 125 superlight, l, 206, the auxiliary support for the side support of the engine is bothering me, the engine is too much, in a flat position, so much so that it does not fall. Even the main base on which the motor-legs stand likes to slip before you turn them off, it's very hard to go, and you need a lot of power. Is there anything that can be fixed, back to normal? thanks for any advice.

Thanks Steven,I had adjusted the bar both ways but no joy. When I removed the clip at the pedal, and the nut at the at the selector end I got the assembly almost off. There is a bolt stopping the mechanism coming off completely but enough to give the shaft a right good clean,it was manky,and lubricate. I took it for a five minute run and it was fine. Fingers crossed its good to go tomorrow morning for college 😂

What year is your Superlight? Mines EFI so don’t think mine has one. And I’m having some cut out issues at lights and I’m getting pockets of power loss where it looses acceleration then kicks back in. But it’s happening more often now.

Cleaned carb on superlight started engine now starts and revs really high any ideas pls really new to bikes

Hello Steve, I just got Keeway Superlight and I am planning to do some upgrades, handlebars and mirrors are first thing, is your handlebar 22mm or 25mm? Also if it's 22 how is it with the diameter with the clutch and break holders, also I guess I'll need new throttle for that diameter as well then, it just hard to find side mirrors for 25mm, anything you could recommend? I am also after straight handlebars, thanks :)

When it's cold your air is restricted so that the velocity of the air being sucked in past the jet increases which causes a higher relative vacume on the fuelin the jet and that is how more fuel is drawn through for cold starting. Because just like an aircraft wingsshape air moving at higher velocity causes a low pressure area (vacume) that is a lower pressure than the atmospheric pressure acting upon the fuel inside the carburetta float chamber.

Hey! This video is hopefully going to solve my issue, I cleaned it New Year’s Eve and rode the next day and have this stiffness issue where it sticks and I have to move it myself to be able to go up and down my gears….I didn’t clean it any differently than usual apart from using chain lube on my chain and now it’s done this…could that be connected? Or is it maybe just from the general clean itself maybe? This may be a stupid question but worth asking anyways haha!! Thank you for your video, going to try it in the morning!!
