Hi, Mate just wondering what type of oil filter fits the superlight ?
@stevenmoore93442 жыл бұрын
Hi Adrian There isn't an Oil filter as such, just beside the front sprocket cover to the left at the bottom of the engine/gearbox is a 14mm? Nut, you only remove this after you drain the Oil, once the nut is off there's a small kinda Thimble sized Gauze cage you can gently pull out, wash it clean with Brake disc cleaner or petrol, then re insert put the Nut/Bolt back in and refill with oil, till the window is half full.

Hi Steve. I am thinking of getting a keeway . But I have heard some issue with the bike . I am new to motor bikes any advice ?

Hi Scott I had mine for about 18months, check all the bolts upon getting it home, or take them out one by one (but not engine mounts or casing bolts) and use threadlock on them, you'll want to swap the mirrors for either Bar End mirrors or taller ones, bc they're Asian bikes theyre made for Asian sized ppl (my theory anyway), majority of westerners cant see past their own shoulders with the stock ones. I found mine to go through headlight bulbs x3 in that time. Finding Neutral is easiest to do while slowing down as it's a common fault, clean the gear change levers every now and then (explained in another video) and check your chain every week, millions of videos out there to show how to do it. Good wee bikes though, wont go much faster than 65mph, no amount of modding will change that, I did them all, it's a cruiser not a sports bike, nice comfy bike, enjoy the ride. 😃

Hi Steve, what handlebar did you use for your bike please?
@stevenmoore93444 жыл бұрын
Hi Karthik I had a piece of 300mm Stainless steel pipe, I got it free from work, straight 300mm, any longer and it gets difficult filtering through traffic.

thanks Steve. I will get it on eBay but have to take it to the garage as am not very good at diy 🤦
