I remember so clearly in 2010 from memory when I started beauty therapy at college and when I came to learning facials, our tutor recommended that we go home and watch your facial video to help with remembering the various steps. I only got 3 minutes in and was fast asleep! That then started my journey with ASMR, specifically watching other people getting relaxing treatments. You, Lita and Athena really where the first therapists to bring this kind of content to the platform and set the path for KZbin creators to then create a whole other genre of ASMR ❤

I loved Athena Jezik, I used to watch her videos on PaycheTruth channel, they were the first ASMR that I fell asleep to, some 11 years ago. Had no idea about ASMR at the time, just that it made me relaxed and sleepy. I didn’t know she passed away, I see someone mentioned in the comments. :(

I'm so happy you found your way to KZbin, way back when ASMR did not have a name yet I was watching your facial video, especially the part where you talk about the scents and the strongest scent of "roman chamomile" ... this got stuck in my head (and nose ;) )... because it gave me sooo many tingles & I did not know back then, that there are other people who experience ASMR and that it is nothing "abnormal".
