For those asking: this is the IRay RH25, or Infiray PFalcon640+ depending on your market. There is the cheaper RL25 but that has a base magnification of 2x so it can’t be effectively used as a clip on, except for the V2.

The O ring trick does work but if you get one a little too small or too thick, it’ll pop the volume knob off bc it’s just friction fit to the shaft of the volume controller. You can fix this by putting some thick adhesive on the inside of the volume knob and pushing it back on, I say thick adhesive because if you use a thin adhesive it can run down the shaft and glue the volume controller in place, which obviously isn’t the best for the radio 😉

This is a great upgrade. And his price is great for a single o-ring that has already been sourced. Because you will have a hard time buying that one o-ring alone. Usually you will have to buy a package of them. Not to mention driving all over to locate it or postage for ordering it. Fortunately for myself I use them in my trade and I had already used a metric o-ring 112 with a 2.4 cross section.
