Received mine yesterday…. So far I am impressed. NO issues with it clamping to my Gisselle MK14, BCM MCMR or my ADM hand guard.

I have one mounted on my 1301 Mod 2 and it works great. Not only is it very effective for CQ but it has also held up so far. I have about 400 rounds of military buck shot and about 50 slugs through the shotgun with it attached and it has had 0 issues. I would like a brighter white light just for the ability to completely take out a person's ability to see in the dark for a while but it's sufficient. I have the FP unit on my Glock 47 but I never use the FP laser so it was really a waste of money for the extra laser power. The FP laser completely blooms out the target and just looking at the bloom is enough to damage your tube. (It is VERY powerful)

Have they fixed the issue where upon activating the switch in off mode and setting it to constant on, then switching the mode to a light mode, the light turns on?

Niche. I run a M640V surefire on my dedicated subsonic 300 blackout. A wide flood is perfect. Shooting at 200 yards with that or THIS illuminator is futile. Too much flood. the reason the PEQs have that narrow beam is we can actually focus 100-200 to see and identify farther.
