She’s is not always transparent… she will still convince the seller to pay 6%…. She won’t take under 3% as an agent. Nobody is wants to pay 5-6%, that is tooo tooo high!!!!!!! Jackie learn to “negotiate” instead of “enforcing”

I don't enforce anything, sellers choose who they list with and how much commission they pay. Each agent gets the commission they believe they are worth.

agents will also make more if they just do this one thing Tell the truth about the price simple instead of wasting time on homeowners that want impossible prices tell them the truth and dont just put it on the market so you will get a big commission tell them the market tell them the doable range that the market will actually pay and have paid before also saves months of failed offers and hundreds of days on market
