my computer literally says on the "f2 to enter bios" screen "no keyboard detected" so I can't even get into the GD Bios.... wtf anybody in the comments have anything to add or my experience happen to you? Tried all USB slots. mouse shows charging when plugged into pc, it just doesn't detect that it is a keyboard?

If you are using inturnal batteries be sure to change them every 6 months. One day mine wouldn't find a match on any band. It was because my batteries were down to 7.7 volts. 2 of the 8 double A batteries had dropped to less than 1/2 volt and the other 6 were still giving me 1.4 volts.

Got the same one,slightly different colour but in as new condition.seller said the play button didn’t stay down.all it needed was using a bit and it works now These are lovely reliable little machines and of course,German made so built like a tank 😊👍

So I have the exact same issue But mine happened when I tried to plug my phone into my tower to charge it . Then mouse and keyboard wouldn’t work I restart computer Both mouse and keyboard light up But won’t let me do anything at windows password screen And same as yours when in the other mode they both work fine I did the steps in the video and still not working 😕

Dear Sir, I have Dell Optiplex 7060 Micro PC with me and am facing issue keyboard and mouse stopped working .we try to solve this with diffirent keyboard and mouse , tested diagnostic test restart multiple time but issue not yet solve. i can see login screen but we cannot enter username and password due to keyboard and mouse not working. kindly advise how we can solve this. pls let me know the solution on [email protected] if possible.

2020 in case u run across this problem with the new update u have to shut off the power supply while loading into windows to access troubleshoot options where your keyboard and mouse should work and u have to uninstall the latest quality update from windows once u got that u should be able to load into windows and use your mouse/keyboard and be able to UPDATE your mouse and keyboard driver to avoid the problem in case u wanna reinstall the windows update afterwards.
