If you are using inturnal batteries be sure to change them every 6 months. One day mine wouldn't find a match on any band. It was because my batteries were down to 7.7 volts. 2 of the 8 double A batteries had dropped to less than 1/2 volt and the other 6 were still giving me 1.4 volts.

There are pegs on the PCB to solder the wires used for a internal battery holder. RTFM

Hello. If you still have this ATU, can you go look on the small circuit on the right of the uC, it is labelled "U 5". On mine is badly dammage due to an electric discharge and I need to search for a replacement. Thanks, 73 de YO3HJV.

I called ldg and they told me it had a place for an internal battery I’m glad I saw this video before ordering one
