Why would any productive country want to invest the proceeds of their efforts in an completely unproductive parasite economy? The US is toast. The US dollar is less than worthless, which begs the question as to why other currencies are traded at prices that place them as being worth less than the US dollar, when they actually have more actual productive net value. The only thing propping up the USD is the American threat of violence, which makes it nothing more than a mafia currency and therefore to be avoided.

It is disappointing but It is the price to live next to the hegemon. However the plants have not been canceled. What the articles said is that due to US meddling federal subsidies are now off the table to BYD but that there are still several Mexican governors offering state level subsidies to attract BYD to their territory. I still think many will still set up shop, as news of them buying factory buildings previously operated by American or European manufacturers throughout Latin America recently. Finally i think that the Americans will cry even if the Chinese plants in Mexico comply with all the trade regulations and maybe wont allow exporting of Chinese EV card made in Mexico to the USA

Albania should use this opportunity, it used to work together more than half century ago. Sali Berisha was right when he said more than ten years ago that Albanians should learn Chinese language, he predicted it very well.

Only BYD can take the fall of EV sales. It gets so much money from the government that it will not go bankcrupt like over 300 other chinese EV makers in recent years. Tesla used to make profit just by making the cars, but now laid off 14000 employees. All other Western EV companies are losing money for every EV made. Charging systems giant Tritium is also going bankcrupt because charging business is not profitable. Tesla sacked the Supercharger team. And, copper will run out soon, as the producers warned last year. Pure EV:s have no future. They are tested every 100 years, and found to be technological dead end.

Planned Growth is the answer. We believe in the free market, but the free market is not interested in innovation anymore, just profit. And our political leaders only think from vote to vote. So no long terms goals. ✌

I guess it's easy when you can just copy other manufacturers research and development, and have no need to obey labor and safety laws. Who will they copy from when the other manufacturers go under?

Seems like a real war fighting edge these Chinese have. So why are they telling? In war, if you have an edge, keep it secret. And now that they have overcome stealth, why are they bothering to still build their own stealth aircraft. Surely the Chinese know that the US could build similar radar, particularly as they just outlined how it works in this article. BS

❤❤Kevin, these commies don’t fight fair.. while we are happily plotting the destruction of emerging non-peer countries for the causes of democrazy and “rules based order” they sneaked behind our back and build up their population’s welfare😢🥶.. further they thwarted, on purpose, the prognostications of our learned Professors MacFarland, et al our best and brightest from Harvard, no less, and made mickeys out of them. These Harvard brains have left a mythical and lasting legacy belief that these inscrutable commies were as “stupid as they look” and they have copied themselves into supremacy… this just ain’t fair to US that they are messing with our entitled exceptionalism and indispensability. They must be stopped, for god’s sakes we are America.. what we worry😢⁉️🇺🇸💰

❤❤Kevin, “de-risking”, “rules based order”, “overcapacity”😳⁉️If inventing new-double speak verbiage is worth anything our debt should have been “spoken” away… unfortunately, surplus of pure hot air has no economic value… now Bidet/Yeller/Blinking is focussing on “sanctions threats”. Unfortunately for us these Chinese folks take US seriously and they are prepared to call our bluff. So what can go wrong❓🇺🇸💰

❤Kevin, looks like the MIC not only promoted the largest wealth transfer in US history, it is also either the largest scam or the largest miscalculation in history. As Matt Gaetz pointed out the F35/F22 are definitely the most expensive paper weight on history… so what can possibly go wrong when we keep on goading the Chinese folks into a real war🤡😳❓

China are not throwing US bond, they should have but they didn't. China are responsible government, unlike USA government. USA printing money like toilet paper then raise interest rate and kill everyone else irresponsibly. USA weaponized USD, anyone that are capable should dedollarized and move away from SWIFT

In the UK the electric car sales are faltering, Tesla is in the lead with EV sales but people are losing their interest in owning EV. Electricity is not cheap here and insurance companies are seeming to be concerned about the cost of repairs. One example are electric high end cars which loose their value quite dramatically over two or three years. China is using ports in UK and Europe to store their cars and they are getting quite full and parking cars next to the sea is not very good plus apparently some have been there for 18 months.
