@Jdubya936 I really don't recommend the level keys as it places lots of tension on all the suspension & steering components. Checked my other video "How Leveling Keys Destroyed my Front End", there I explain more about it, but 2" of lift on these wheels rubbed really bad

Is there a chance you could do me a favor and measure your spindle height compared to stock and also the lift block height in the rear? I already have a trail master lift the previous owner put it on the LBZ. I’m thinking I can just buy the bracket and coilovers with a little cutting on the brackets like you had to do and good to go. I would appreciate that info soo much. I have watched your videos a ton to figure it out

Yes. Just because I do use the truck off road quite a lot (almost every other day). If it was only some rough gravel once and a while, I'd get a normal lift.

You can do deaver springs but just do rear airbags and you will keep your payload capacity

Nope no wheel spacers on this jeep and everything clears with tons of room. That's mostly due to the rubicon high clearance fenders!

Yes, no need for them with the reliance shifted to the coilovers to support the front

Bds says this lift is only for the diesels. After watching this I litterally can’t see why it can’t be put onto my 2500hd 6.0… the only thing I can think is spring rate

On the BDS website with the 4.5 Lift kit, there's a customer that posted install on a gmt800 2500 suburban.

Correct. It's just spring rate. I contacted BDS and they run a 600lb 16in long spring, for You're 6.0 look at a 300-400 lb spring in a 16in length. 3.0 diameter.

@@adrianlaverick8040 thanks man. Now I gotta decide if it’s worth doing this or solid axle swapping the truck. Pros. Solid axles are pure beef and little to nothing can go wrong cons the biggest tire I want to run is a 35.

@christophernoble3854 it's really not needed to SAS, they still have all the same parts to fail, they are just beefier. But if you are only going with a 35in tire and don't absolutely beat the truck up everyday, you'll be fine with IFS, run kryptonite parts and this lift kit it's like the best of both worlds, amazing ride quality from coilover ifs, and great strength. Plus this kit just bolts on you don't have to cut the IFS out and weld in shock towers and radius arms and a track bar. I'm debating on SAS my truck with a WFO kit, but it's more expensive, won't ride as smooth, for strength I'm not sure I'll ever need I never broke the factory IFS and this truck was 4 wheeled pretty hard, now it's got kryptonite so I'm not worried about hurting the front end at all just want better ride quality out of it

Awesome video! I have the 6.5” lift but I have yet to install it. I’m going to get the truck painted first before I install it. One thing to consider for the rear is a Sulastic Shackle set. I’ve seen awesome things about them and am installing it too.

That fuel isuse could it also be a rail pressure sensor? Or those sensors i forgot what theyre called but if they fail people get those "rail" plugs or soemthing. I had spmething similar

Good video. The cloth dash is a throwback to the CJ “Levi” addition. Meant to be a denim, blue jean look. Also the Willy has the D30 (unless they changed it) front axle, not the D44 as in the rubicon. I couldn’t find any info on if they changed the front axle to a D44 or not. Im surprised epic put 37s on a D30 axle. Have fun and enjoy. Cheers!

You’re missing the front locker and automatic sway bar disconnect. I would get a quick disconnect for the sway bar not only does it improve articulation it makes driving down dirt roads, so much smoother!
