I’m half Mexican but have 4c hair this ish is a lot of work its exhausting but trying to embrace it not just shave it off bald I’ve been trying to learn how to take care of this hair type for years and it’s still a mystery

Idk how you work so fast. My wash days take 6-8 hours. Detangling is the longest part and takes like 3 hours minimum I also only need to reset it around once a month

he has a lot of good videos on his own routine, but youtube is also a really good place to look for content specific to your hair type. my weekly routine consists of 1 - washing my hair with shampoo 2 - conditioning (and/or deep conditioning) + de-tangling 3 - define curls (with gel or a curl defining product) once it becomes a habit it really isn't that overwhelming, but it does involve research. Start by copying someone else on youtube and see where it leads you. and pick a day to be your wash day.
