Started my curly hair journey about 5 months ago and the longest section of my hair is about 2 inches and i’m finally able to finger coil my hair and looks amazing, i’ve gotten many compliments 🙌🏼 however i’ve been using Aunt Jesses leave in and don’t shrink gel which leaves my hair shiny but “crunchy” and doesn’t have much movement. It’s the only thing that holds it for more than 2 days.

@@clutch186 one coil at a time! At first it took me about an hour but in about 2 months i’ve gotten down to about 30 mins and it lasts longer so I just refresh the curls in the mornings. But if your hair is about 2” you should be able to section off strands, it’s not long enough to hold the rest with a band or clips so it’s annoying you have to just grab as you go curling
