I got my application rejected for third times now. Help me. I managed to get receipt of genesis crystal but creation of genshin acc nahh :(

@@getsuu1x i managed to get my acc back today. I create genshin acc on first day released, it just that my application being rejected due to inaccurate first login device and fail to attach receipt. On fifth application i managed to retrieve my acc.

I just recovered my Genshin Account as well.. And the Hacker did wasted all my pulls on Weapon Banner & Deleted all my InGame Friends 😭 But atleast, I got my Account back 😌

@getsuu1x i used akasha to find my friends using their in-game Name, you can as well, if they put a showcase for their characters, i hope that helps 😊

@hollaherrie6227 well,yes but they can be quicker than 10 days, it's up to their office hours day.I got rejected for the 21 times when I used Genshin information since that's the only I played the most,but I think if you filled out the form wrongly for the first 3 times, that's why you wil fell into the auto rejection cycle, which is you will get rejected within a day,even when they said they will review your form within 10 days.If you are in this state, please take a 30 days off from sending another form using Genshin information, unless you want to fill your e-mail notification with rejection.And then I decided to try my luck using my HSR account information instead, because they are using the same Hoyoverse account.I am a completely f2p player with level 9 on HSR,so I kinda doubt that my account will get retrieve.After filled out the same form but change the game into HSR and fill the form with the most accurate information, I got it back a day after ✨
