hey dude the problem i am having is whenever i launch the game it just stays on the train screen it isnt frozen the train keeps moving and nothing else is happening its been four days and it happens to genshin impact aswell both of em worked just fine before

Have you tried installing the game through the epic games launcher instead?

@@BaoPham2 mmhmm i did i later found the solution tho you go into the registry and delete two files MihoyoSDK (I think) and Cognosphere and then launched the game again and it worked! thank you still though.

when you say turn off vpn and adblock are you referring to the ones in google chrome? because i dont have vpn or adblock in my pc locally and none of these are working for me😔

@@BaoPham2 hello again! It has nothing to with that apparently It's the installation path, it needed a separate folder with just hsr in it... My C drive was full so I just picked a different one and the game picked the folder with all of my games in it, I reinstalled again and placed it in an empty folder
