Hey, unrelated but the reason you might be getting pimples from B12 is because you might have different genetic makeup on one of the COMT genes like I do. Try hydroxocobalamin instead of methylcobalamin, my body doesn't go well with any methyl supplement I get pimples as you mention as well from those.
@saywinkepilogue5 күн бұрын
Interesting how did you find out that about your genes? Did you ask your PCP for tests was it a specialist I feel I have to beg for tests to find out things but no one looks into my genetics
@TudorIrimescu5 күн бұрын
@saywinkepilogue I did a 23andme genetic test out of curiosity and then found out I can download my raw data (not sure if available anymore) and get other reports like promethase. Started researching my MTHFR and COMT polymorphisms cause I heard that's big for mental health and discoverd I have this. I tried methylene blue for example and I would get pimples, I would try methylated vitamins and feel hazy, then based on that gene I got every methyl group out of my supplements and it worked out for me.

You are a beautiful person. Consider watching videos on YT EONutrition, about thiamine deficiency. Also in regard to the Trueman idea, yes it can be a symptom, however it can be actual as well. I know this from experience. I won’t go into it unless you want specifics. However, there have always been people who have experienced universal consciousness states. In Hinduism and Buddhism they are called samadhi, in Christianity there are mystics such as meister Eckhart and John of the cross. In Christianity the gospel of Thomas is written from the perspective of someone who has been in that state, yes, it was Jesus in this case. The meditation practiced in Buddhism called the jhanas is a practice designed for the state, there is another “religion” called advaita Vedanta, which is directly for the development of that state. You might get value out of watching videos by David godman about Ramana maharshi, and audio books on YT “medicine of one”. I could go on but that will do for now.

I don't think you have B6 toxicity. I have fibromyalgia and hypothyroidism. I have almost all your symptoms. Fibromyalgia causes irritable bowel too. I have numbness in my legs. My B6 when it was taken without fasting was over 1,000. Ask for a protein blood test and a creatine kinase test. Fibromyalgia/Myofascial pain is a nightmare. I take fish oil and magnesium glycinate. OMG, you have all the same symptoms as I did. I had phtsical therapy, a nerve conduction test, which came back normal. Thrush is caused by CANDIDIASIS, which can be caused by birth control. You need an MRI of your spine. Nerve conduction tests are not 100% . I lost my sense of smell and taste for a long time. God bless you. I know the hell you are going through. B6 toxicity clears up once you stop taking the vitamin. My legs had itching, numbness and tingling too. The front of my leg like you. My legs were heavy too. Ashwaganda is good for anxiety. You need to see a Rheumatologist, honey. You are describing the symptoms of hypothyroidism and fibromyalgia. I would love to talk to you. Look up the symptoms of Candidiasis, Hypothyroidism and Fibromyalgia. You will be shocked at the symptoms. Good luck honey.

Your physical ailments are taking a toll on your mental and emotional state, it's totally understandable. Take time off for yourself and film at the spur of the moment when you're feeling better and INSPIRED about anything even if it's only five minutes and upload on Fridays (just an idea). I'm sure you're tired of getting advice from people. But I was wondering if you looked up what you could do to help the detox go faster, like drinking lemon water to flush out your liver may help. Also, have you read that book yet? Maybe the distraction will help you while you heal with a good book. She went through a different kind of detox from yours toward the end of her book. But I promise that once you start reading, you can't put it down. I'm sorry you are going through this, but you have to know you will get better with time. Please try to focus on that and take good care of yourself. ❤

I haven’t read all the book around the time I started reading is when I started to get sick or at least feel the symptoms and this began my worrying. All my reading fell to the wayside. You’re right I should pick it up to manage my stress. And yesss that’s exactly what I wanted to do come back when I feel good for even a little while until I can come back consistently again. I would get a full thyroid panel and not just TSH. The full panel including antibody test for thyroid. I'm 57 and was diagnosed with hashimoto's thyroiditis when I was 28 that it took them two years. I became so bad that just taking an Advil made me deathly ill because my body could not pump it through my liver. Metagenics is an excellent Professional Company. Yes, a bit pricey but an outstanding company. Hard to find their products. Mostly sold to doctors. The form of B-6 which tends to be both better absorbed and less toxic at higher doses is the P-5-P form of B-6. I don't know what form of B-6 is in the Metagenics product or combination of different forms or the dosage. However , regardless, it's good to stop or significantly lower the dosage. Good luck.

Thank you for doing this video. I don't know why I decided to watch it because I wasn't suspecting that I was taking too much B6 but I stopped it and went and looked at how much I have been taking and it has been almost 200 mg! I have many of your symptoms too. I have had a weird vibration in my legs that could be the nerves reacting to too much B6 or could be low adrenal, I am not sure. I have gotten increasingly uncomfortable with taking synthetic supplements but I will get sucked in by some "natural" health "expert" and will reluctantly try this and that. I am going to thin out my supplements because I don't notice anything getting any better when I take them anyway, and sometimes I feel worse. Thank you again!

Yes I agree but I don’t think people do and I can see why. If people have a doctor like mine that doesn’t listen and is very conservative on ordering tests that leaves you to pay for it at a private lab out of pocket. I think when times are economically tough getting some vitamin testing done on your own might be a nice to do vs you should. So I think people just take it and see what happens.

Desperate times call for desperate measures - the ultimate elimination diet (carnivore) is what is needed. Commit to it for 90 days just to see what it does to your body. I would also recommend eliminating any foreign products going in or on your body (medications, creams, beauty products, etc). No medical professional has ever helped me (only made things worse) but cutting out carbs/sugar/plant foods absolutely changed my life, it eliminated every physical and mental issue I had (and I was in a bad bad place for most my adult life)…I’m like a whole new human now. The symptoms you’re describing, I have heard tons of carnivore testimonies from people who healed those exact issues on this way of eating.

I think it’s important that you made the effort to have a true, authentic, interaction with someone. Authentic interactions can’t be rehearsed, or filtered, which is hard to do in modern society when everyone is following “rules”. WHO makes these rules and are they even good for us? I love your story, thank you. ❤ There was something so pure and authentic about your “cringe” moment…it’s the art of imperfection. It’s ok to not be perfect. ❤❤ Good luck to you. I wonder why all these rules get made when following them doesn’t feel as good as something just because. My most satisfying sexual experiences (by far) were with the most messed up, toxic, abusive guys I’ve ever met (there were 2, both had BPD) 😕 They both ended up giving me STDs (curable ones, thank god) and they both got me pregnant (which ended in different ways-I’m not a mother) sooo yeeeah, I’ve attempted relationships after that but they’ve all been super unsatisfying sexually and I wonder if parts of my brain broke from my prior experiences. Now at 36 I’m struggling to desire sex or a partnership at all. But I’m grateful I experimented a lot as a young adult so I know what’s out there and what all different sexual experiences are like; I can understand if you never had that phase why you would want to experiment now in your 30s - and honestly it’s probably better that way because you’re more emotionally intelligent and can be safer and make more healthy decisions vs. being “young, dumb, and full of cum” as my friend likes to say 😆

For me the most fun part about being a small KZbinr is that I develop friendships with my audience. I don't know if you'd consider me a small KZbinr, but I still kind of feel like the little guy on here. I'm in the "monetized but it's a hobby" category. I think the creative freedom I have means being small is actually more fun in some ways. Not that I wouldn't mind making it big but the fact I'm still small after twelve years and enjoying what I do shows why I give everyone the advice "have fun". I consider myself a red dwarf KZbin star, I may not be seen by many and not burn bright but I'll still be here for trillions of years, haha. I like that I can make whatever and I refused to "niche down", it may have stunted my channel growth but I'm happy.
