You know how much I love armored cars. I've always been fond of the Humber, it's a chonky boi. Including an order die is great... But now I have a few of each in several different colors. 😂
@HeadHunterSix14 сағат бұрын
Thanks for the look at this car. I'll be getting one of these whenever I place my order with Warlord. Glad to see that it is all plastic. I'm guessing that the turrets for the 222 and 223 are not interchangeable - probably one shares parts with the other? I'm going to be doing it as a 223 anyway most likely (though I imagine the bedframe antenna is more fragile than I'd like).

It will really change how you hobby. At the very least, it opens up options for you to print a bevy of items that enhance your modelling. Also, the ability to print as many minis as you need for your armies. Thanks for the support, Justin!

I've drooled at the Wargames Atlantic stl files more than once, but limited space has stopped me from taking the plunge. 50% off! geez....nice.
@WarGamingNewbHistorical17 күн бұрын
Yeah, it would take some space because at minimum, you'd need one printer and a wash and cure station. But wow, does it really change how you hobby. And they have sales like these all the time. If you join the Wargames Atlantic Tribe, you get a 40 to 50% discount on existing STL kits that weren't included in your monthly. A definite consideration to take. Thanks, James!

Hi, Josh. I can understand the problem well. I can't even manage my own one video per week output at the moment. Breaking the routine is good advice. 👌🏻 As a content creator, you are also lured too much by things that go against your hobby. You don't do enough of what you feel like doing and more of what promises attention. On the other hand less attention .. doesn't feels well. But that's how it is. Hope you find the right path for you. 🤞🏻
@WarGamingNewbHistorical20 күн бұрын
Always appreciate your insight and support, Bjorn. I can understand the difficulty of keeping up the pace AND doing enough of the content one normally does and feeling that it's inadequate. I think the best way to move forward is to do different things, then switching back to what you normally would do. But, one thing I didn't mention is to remember to have fun.

The Thumbs Down signal in the British Army means 'Enemy Sighted'.... in this instance, the captain of the gun team is signalling that the gun is sighted on the enemy formation, ready to fire.

Is it worth getting these now that 3rd edition has released?
@WarGamingNewbHistorical25 күн бұрын
I'd still say yes with a caveat. All the items in the 2nd edition starters are still useful EXCEPT for the rulebook. They also still provide a great value way to get into the Late European, Pacific and North African Theaters. The best starter to get, if you're new to BA, is the newest one though.

Those faceplates are the absolute worst. Such a fiddly little piece to manage, and it never looks as good as figures just sculpted with them on. Hands down would not buy this set again just because of them.
