Hi! Did you cut them hot? You need to cut as soon as you take them out of the oven.

Vegetable oil is not healthy. More toxic than sugar or anything else. Cold pressed Olive oil and butter is healthy. We are not in 1970's!

Hi Wendy! Make your cuts as quickly as you can, just position the knife and push down with a very quick, confident motion. And you should cut them as soon as you take them out of the oven, don't wait for them to cool (maybe just a couple of minutes so they don't burn your fingers).
