Because of your recommendation, i recently got a large lot of dyson parts for $10 because a guy wanted them out of his house. Have 2 cannisters already listed for $40 ea since those were easy to identify. Im trying to figure out what some of these other parts are so i can list them. Have any recommendations or education materials you used?

So when we see hundreds of listings for an item but only a few solds, even though those sold listings contain many many multiples, doesn't that mean only a VERY FEW SELLERS are having success selling that item? So then we need to look for any differences between the "solds" and the "unsolds" listings. Many times, the key difference is free shipping. This is why i am very leery of retail arbitrage, esp. with inexpensive items, including some makeup items. It seems there are high volume sellers who are routinely able to offer free shipping as standard. I am not able to do that and still make a profit. Still hoping to learn and researching. Any thoughts on this? Keep the videos coming. I am learning a lot and my sales are increasing!

A pair of curtains about £40 heavy good clean ones , when she got them she said they smelled of smoke and would need cleaning and what was I going to do about it , I said it would be far to expensive to get them cleaned( more than they cost) and i did not want to trouble her, so I would accept a return , although I did not smell smoke ,and as a none smoker I can smell any smoke , she never replied , she was just hoping 8 would offer a reduction to save paying for the return , I called her bluff

Testing electronics I know plug them in and see if they work. But diagnostics on it as well just a question on that alone. What do you do to test?

Individual CDs don't do well for me on Ebay, but CD lots do. Especially lots of artists or genres.

I love when someone tells me I’ll never sell an item for what I’m asking. I’ve found that many times after receiving that message the item will sell. Kinda like reverse karma. lol

One thing I learned about searching with sell trough rate is that sometimes upc won’t work for a media items, but the simple tittle works for me when ever upc won’t

its funny. 400 positive feedbacks as a buyer means NOTHING. 400 positives as a seller means everything.. ebay unfortunately doesnt differentiate.

I am ashamed to say that I've been a member of deal soldier for 3 months now and have never once used it because it's just seems so complicated to me and I think I was concentrating so much on the scanning system from Walmart that I just keep paying for it and not using it. You've given me another aspect at looking at t.j Maxx and whatnot so I think I need to revisit because right now and basically just giving them money and it's not doing me a damn bit of good. Do you send offers on listings you posted the same day/week? Or do you give them more time before sending offers?

Fraud with botted subs

I have 2 questions. First, do you do any of the eBay percentage promotions on your items? Second, when you use one of the cross listing apps, does it pick up all you already have listed on eBay or do you have to go back and add each one? I've been doing eBay as my main income for almost a year and I'm ready to cross post. It makes me a little ill to think I would have to go back and redo all of my items to get them to another platform. Love your videos. I think they are the most informative eBay videos on You Tube. When you sell the small digital cameras do you purchase the specific battery and charger for that model to test before selling? Or do you sell it in used working condition and take the chance of a return? Would like to know because a lot of the cameras i find have no battery or charger? Thanks

You are incredibly right about people passing things up because they are big. I just bought a set of vintage pioneer speakers for $10 new in box on marketplace that sell for $300 on ebay. They sat listed for over a week and everybody else passed them up.

I used to sell receivers when I was a new seller. Find them all the time. The key is bei g prepared and equipt to ship these. If you do that, its not too hard really. One of thr biggest lessons I learned selling on ebay. If you are not prepared to ship it, don-t put it up for sale! It can be stressful

For your second point, double your items doubled sales IS how the math works out as long as all purchases are made with the same STR standards

Hey Jride. I think you are assuming your audience is all newbies, just starting out...and its sort of a turn off to someone who has been reselling for 7 to 8 years. I watch a lot of different you tubers as I work, not to learn how to resell per se, but for new or different tips tricks, platform news or experiences, new trends or bolos. Sometimes I just like the you tubers personality and enjoy listening to them even if I'm not learning too much. I would just give this little advice, please don't assume all your audience are new to the re-sell game as your message comes across as boastful of your achievements and condescending of your audience...IE "If you want to be successful like ME, do it like this". Nah....nope. I appreciate the ideas you've shared, that you are open and seem honest but please chill a bit and try a bit more humility :-). Thanks.
