That knife that you used to mince the garlic was beautiful. I need that in my kitchen

i can never eat rice made in rice cooker. i don't like the taste. my mama would wash the rice first then she would soak it for an hour or more. Boil the water pour in the soaked rice cook it till it's done and then strain out all the extra water. i like my mama's way and i cook the rice my mama's way. i never eat rice cooked in restaurants. i prefer home cooking. a lot of my pinoy friends have started cooking rice like my mama they kinda love it. it's a little extra work but worth it.

Been to Cuba a couple of times! From Havana to Camaguey. Loved the coffee! Especially the whipping of the sugar. Love the people there as well!

Sorry but this must be one of the most boring videos I’ve watched. There’s really no need to show every second of chopping! You need to do better editing just my opinion.

Awesome recipe 6th time I came back to this video. Added a little touch of my own but followed the basic steps. Highly recommend using this video for feta cheese pasta!

I accidentally used BBQ sauce instead of stir fry sauce because the bottles look the same! LOL added in some oyster sauce and sesame oil and everyone still loved it! Served with white rice.

Genuinely curious… why make a sugar mixture with the coffee when we’re gonna put it together at the end. Why not just throw the sugar in there and stir…
@MulberryStreet4 ай бұрын
When you whip the sugar it makes a thick crema layer that floats on the of the coffee that also gives it a smoother taste. But when I was filming the video it took so long to film that the the crema layer dissolved. But I included a picture where you can see when I made it previous times.

How is this different from just adding the sugar when the coffee is ready? ok.. my bad.. stupid question.. the trick it the espuma! so you need to make it way better than it is in this video. You need to make it really frothy and then you have something special .. got it!
