Espresso with La Pavoni Europicola | Iced Latte | Morning Coffee Routine

La Pavoni Europicola. Today I'm going to share how I prepare an espresso shot and make iced latte on the La Pavoni Europicola as part of my morning coffee routine. I picked up this machine a few years ago and although a lever espresso machine is more difficult to use than the modern pump-driven machine, I find the finicky nature makes this a much more fun machine to use.
I've uploaded this when I first started my channel, but has since gotten better at editing and re-edited it with a few additional clips.

Beautiful shots. Can I ask you what kind of lighting you're working with? It looks natural, but also not at the same time so you'vegot me curious.😂 I've been using natural light but am struggling with the inconsistencies.

Hi! This is one of my older videos re-edited. I believe I was using natural lighting with a ring light at this point. I made some minor color corrections and have a LUT applied. I also have clips filmed in different days if I realize I want to add a shot during editing. For my newer videos Ive been using a softbox . It was under $50 for 2 and I think it's worth the investment

@@MulberryStreet thanks so much for your response! I actually have probabaly the same soft box that you do 😂 but I couldn't figure out where to aim them to get the effect I wanted. Maybe I need to revisit them with some tutorials and also learn about LUTs. Great channel!
