My 22lr side charging upper from Bear Creek arsenal Had a couple hiccups with my very light homemade trigger job so I bought the Larue MBT two stage trigger and the upper runs flawlessly. Pretty good accuracy when I threw a scope on it and shot some groups.

Yeah, Glock haters come out of the wood works when they see a Glock video. Just like hippies flocking to a farmers market on the weekend!!

Truthfully, I've never found the USP hard to find; maybe in comparison to a Glock, but I own seven USPs and yes, they're the best pistols ever.

Great vid. The RND machining this company does is world class. The right people using the right equipment. As a machinist I love seeing innovation into parts that will see the most abuse. Looks like an excellent company.

Thats a pretty slick idea. Its good to see people making guns that are still able to be used as an effective self defense tool if needed. Also its very good of the company to get on it when you need some fixing on your implement of problem solving.

I wish we'd quit neutering an AR-15 to make it compliant to a leveraction. Just, own a leveraction or an AR-15 lol The idea of a ranch rifle is to have light, handy rifle capabilities with you while you work. I dont understand why we keep trying to reinvent the wheel here. Don't get me wrong, I love new guns and the constant innovation in the industry, but this is like the third rifle I've seen this year that is meant to split the difference and just fails at both As for a rifle that is compliant with all 50 states, well, that's always a good thing. And I wouldnt mind having one. I guess if they're calling this a "ranch rifle" and not a Ranch Rifle it makes more sense lol I'm still gonna stick to my lever guns, but maybe this one can hang around during riot season

Two things that everyone should know about Foxtrot Mike products. 1.) They come generously coated in packing grease. It is strictly for corrosion protection and if you do not clean it out well and lubricate the gun with a good quality gun lube, it will not function well. FM is very up front about this. 2.) They most definitely will need to be broken in. Even after running the action just a few dozen times manually, there was significant debris in the action. After cleaning, lubing and shooting a couple mags through it, it has quite a bit of debris in the action. So expect to have to clean and break it in and you will have a reliable gun. This is true for most guns but especially true for FM products because that is how they keep their prices so low. 😁

It must be a solid concept as CMMG copied it faster than a Chinese company of US tech.

Wow even with the recoil system over rail? POF has used this before.

I like the innovation of gun companies to deal with different firearms restrictions. I know the rules are mostly stupid, designed by politicians who know nothing about firearms or even public safety policy. We are suffering from that in Canada. We have a company in Canada that is addressing some of are issues. Same as you, people are making critical remarks about the firearm instead of congratulating them on innovating and in the meantime supporting our current opposition party that is promising to stop wasting money and time persecuting legal owners and focus on crime and punishment against criminals. They passed a law on magazine capacity and worded it that if a compliant firearm today, had any company anywhere in the WORLD design a magazine that fits it that is over capacity then that rifle becomes illegal. So Crusader Arms in Canada built the new ‘Crypto’ rifle. And it has a proprietary magazine and some other mods that make it compliant while having 80% of its part AR-15 compatible. The compatibility part allows for more customization options and easier to get parts in the global market. Interestingly, the design of the magazine well and magazine means no AR-15 mag can be inserted, but the crypto mag can be inserted into an AR-15 standard mag well.

Bro. It says in the Ruger Owners manual the Ruger Mini-14 was designed for the 5.56 Vietnam surplus ammo...Ruger just called his rifle the .223...this is Bill Ruger talking, not me. BTW. My 1976 model 580 mini shoots just fine with superb accuracy. No scope either.

Sadly, this is STILL a prohibited rifle in Canada, thanks to Bill C-21, which changed the definition of a prohibited to include any center fire, semi-automatic capable of accepting a magazine containing over 5 rounds, designed and built after December 15th, 2023... so there is no new innovation in Canada. 😢
