So ive been trying to understand my authentic self and ive learned that (from other videos) that you were your most fluid self when you were a child. So when i was a child I was naturally capable of drawing, painting, reading, writing and singing, caring for animals,being in nature,caring for people. As i got older I stopped doing those activities altogether, I tried to become things I wasnt, I wanted a bbl body with my boobs done 😂 and I wanted to be popular on instagram (ego kicked in). I never felt fulfilled pursuing those things and I eventually learned I have low self esteem and confidence womp womp lol. So I never got the bbl or my boobs done and over the years ive been on and off social media, I started doing what made me happy as a child and my confidence started to go up my self esteem, I became happier. I did work as a vet over the years but the clinics were too, idk how to explain but there was no love and care towards the animals. Anywhoo Im getting into singing lessons, singing literally makes me vibrate 😊

So easy for spirituality to become just another label...which is just another step on the path. What does "being spiritual" even really mean? Yes every breath and every action, large or small, can be embodied with divine energy. No matter what your job is, just be the example to those around you and enjoy, receive divine energy and flow.

In every dream we make the same mistake: we identify with the person and regard the rest as other(s). Each time it takes awakening to (be able to) realize our mistake: we're not just the person, we're consciousness in which all dreams appear (including the dream called life). Realizing that you are consciousness is "being spiritual". All dreams appear in consciousness, are perceived by consciousness (from the perspective of a seemingly separate person) and consist of nothing but consciousness.

Two Eckhart's have wonderful advice on this subject. Eckhart Tolle says: don't resist (mentally), don't judge, don't attach (in his book A New World). It is the advice you would give to anyone who doesn't realize yet that he is dreaming being a person, but actually is consciousness in which the dream appears. The second Eckhart is Meister Eckhart, a Dominican monk, 14th century, the first nondualist in Europe that I know of. You are from Germany, Gudrun, so you will have heard of him (Ulrich Tolle changed his name to Eckhart Tolle in admiration). In his sermon 7 he stresses the importance of leaving the personal perspective (awakening in the dream). What he said might be shocking for any(one identifying with the) person 2:10, but it is obvious that if you realize you are consciousness, nothing appearing in you can instill fear. All IS you, there is nothing BUT you, as in any dream. All nightmares require an erroneous personal perspective in order to be frightening. "Cast out all grief so that perpetual joy reigns in your heart. Thus the child is born. And then, if the child is born in me, the sight of my father and all my friends slain before my eyes would leave my heart untouched. For if my heart were moved thereby, the child would not have been born in me, though its birth might be near." Meister Eckhart, sermon 7.

You are right! In every dream we make the same mistake: we identify with the person and regard the rest as other(s). Each time it takes awakening to (be able to) realize our mistake: we were not just the person but the whole dream, all of it. We were consciousness in which the dream appeared, by which it was perceived, of which it consisted. Consciousness is all there is in any dream. Even in the dream called life: you appear as a seemingly separate person but your true nature is source, divine source, life force or consciousness. Realizing that you are consciousness is all you have to do in life and all there is to do. The rest is irrelevant. Life will become effortless as soon as you stop identifying with the person and its story. Consciousness is a mystery: only consciousness did not and will not change during your entire life, everything appearing in it did and will. We have no words to describe it, we can only say what it is not: invisible, invulnerable, endless, timeless, changeless. It is out of this world yet required for any (dream)world to appear.

I don't smoke every day, but instead use tobacco during quiet times to aid in relaxation or contemplative thought. I find it helps to keep my mind from wandering and running wild. I have been thinking about this video. My conclusion in simple language: it is wrong to characterise women as "emotion" and men as "energy". Doing this is anti-men. Why? Because both men and women are "emotion" and neither are energy - there is no reason to invent a new category to describe men's emotions just because they are different from women's emotions. By assigning "emotion" only to women, we dehumanise men; we erase their emotional existence. By characterising what is really male emotion as "energy" this enable us to pretend that it is somehow external to men, and that it is something that is, by its nature, there to be controlled or directed by men in a way that would not apply to women and their feelings. This is the effect of using different words to describe the psychological make-up of men vs women. Ultimately, it enables us to say that women are not accountable in the same way as men are because they are "emotion", whereas men have the responsibility of directing their "energy". I appreciate that your message is more nuanced than this, but if we hold that women are passive receivers and men are the ones who must direct the content of male/female relationships, then that responsibility cannot be assigned to men without also assigning them authority over those relationships. If I am responsible for my relationship with my wife then I have authority over that relationship. I can't be responsible for something over which I have no control - responsibility, authority and control all mean the same thing in this context. From the woman's perspective, if she cedes responsibility for the health of a relationship to the man's "energy" then she must also cede authority and control. But women don't want that.
@GudrunSilvestre
@GudrunSilvestre Ай бұрын
Hey, you misunderstood me. I should have made a longer video about this issue to explain more. I might do that... So I never said, that just women are emotional and men not. I would actually never say that, it would be super stupid;-)... And I never said, that just men are energy. Everybody and everything is energy, of course. There is the male and the female energy... maybe watch it again and also read the other comments I already answered, there I explain more. But thank you very much for reflecting and commenting!

That´s true. There is of course the responsability of the woman to handle her hurts and programs in a way that doesn´t affect somebody else in a negative way. If she is already hurt (also carries collective pain of the feminine by violance) by others before, she "the garden" isa not in a good condition and sometimes refuses help, because she is too afraid. She might fight back to anyone in her male energy though that one comes with a healthy intention. Sometimes she doesn´t play fair, of course. But this video is specifically about the kind of responsability of the men, when they enter the space of a woman. So that´s their side... and it´s not blaming in any way, just a cosmic circumstance. Thanks for your contribution:-)

I'm autistic and all I've ever wanted to be was a good husband, I heard women complain about men having poor emotional intelligence, being bad in b*d, not helping out at home etc and I've spent 20 years developing my career, learning to cook, improving my emotional intelligence, becoming as fantastic in b*d as possible etc and every woman I dated contributed nothing to our relationship. The last three years that I've been celibate and focused on my career have been the happiest of my life and I'll never date again.

I totally get you. And look at my answer to another comment below. The responsability is always on both sides! But it is another responsability. The one of the man is mainly to respect the boundaries and needs of the women, because she receives in her female energy. The responsability of the woman is, to not revenge and project their hurts they experienced with other men/people in general/society on men, they don´t know and treat him from fear and from unhealed trauma. Of course the garden can be already poisened and if the man enters he can be overchallenged and suffer there.

@GudrunSilvestre
@GudrunSilvestre 2 ай бұрын
I never said that! I didn´t even mention the word ´fault´. It´s a cosmic fact that the male energy penetrates while the female energy receives. So a consequence is, that she closes if the sort of energy entering her hurts her and she would close and go in battle. But my video isa too short, I should have explained more. So if woman is already hurt and handles her hurts in an unhealthy and irresponsable way, the man is a kind of lost. Even if he trys to enter her with healthy energy, he might not be able to reach her and she might fight back in her male energy before even give him a chance. So of course both parts are responsable, but I was speaking about the unhealthy male impact on the female and not the way around, then my video should have been longer and I would have chosen another title.

A lot of things are difficult for women. This video is clearly NOT blaming men for the problems between women and men. It points out the cosmic principles of the male and female energy in their filling and receiving qualities. So if a man approaches a woman with an unhealthy male energy, like violence for example, the consequence of that it, that the woman will close und switch into her male energy to defend herself and fight back. That´s a fact. I already mentioned in my other answers, that my video should have ben longer to explain that also women have (another kind) of responsability, but this one is about men specifically and no man needs to feel insulted since I didn´t blame in any way, I just explained a fact for better understanding for the dynamics.
