I had to make myself exercise this morning as the cold winter weather is affecting my arthritis & fibromyalgia a lot. I am also stressed out dealing with a very dysfunctional family. I am so glad I did spend this time with you & forget all of my troubles. Getting ready now to go to nursing home where my Dad is with severe alzheimer's. I take care of every body else but myself. Thank you for being there for me....LINDA of Indiana

Thank you Eugene. So grateful. At the end I imagined a golden light bursting in through me accepting me for whoever I am. Forgiving me for the negative emotion loops I fall into. It makes me realize the sooner I get aware of that trap the sooner I move my body the better my life is. Thank you again

i was short on time that is why I did it short. I am busy working on a few projects that direct my time. But starting the day after Christmas I plan on doing 45 - 60-minute workouts each day to close out the year with a bang. So be ready!
