Hello. When increasing the power, did you switch to a single-mass flywheel? What were the symptoms that forced you to replace it? I am now injecting 90 mg / hub fuel, and there is strong vibration at 1800-2300 rpm at full throttle (4-6 gear)

how is this cold air intake if it takes ur hot engine air inside, u need to get it outside motor mount, u just lose about 20 hp here

Based on what? You're just guessing. Don't guess. I've measured the intake temps, they were on average 6-8c higher than ambient (on a warm 25c ambient day) in this position when moving. You think the intake temp is cooler next to hot exhaust manifold and turbo, in front of radiator? 😂

Youre using winols to modify the file and kess to flash? I downloaded my E83 M57 file but titanium was no good to modify so need something else

Cold start, no glowplugs, cold ambient air and cylinders (and maybe tiny dribble of diesel leaking out from injectors overnight in typical used condition.).

Some modification needed to the original exhaust manifold. Don't recommend it, make a proper manifold from scratch.

Yes here was 3.4bar total including atmosphere. Now car runs 4.4bar including atmos!

Depends on the quality of the fabrication. This took a lot of pie cuts to get the 4" to hug the bottom of the chassis to gain maximal ground clearance. And subsequently a lot of time welding. Anything less than £1500 for the full downpipe and exhaust system produced to my standards would be a steal.

Larger efficient turbo helps! No point reving it out higher unless it's able to hold reasonable torque.
