Do you know how much it will cost to drive reliable and safe with 500hp and 700-800nm on a manual 325d e91 and would you recommend the M57 or N57 ? And nice video can you make like Night drive videos? :D would really enjoy it haha :)

Really does depend on how much work you can do yourself, how you go about purchasing the parts, new /used etc and platform, n57 Vs m57. This question is therefore unfortunately a bit too vague and difficult to answer. But here's some pointers. Both have pro and cons. I'm not 100% sure on n-series, iirc 30d system tops out at 400bhp fuel. You'd need 50d fuel system upgrade, can be expensive. And imo you want to renew bearings and chain too for peace of mind. M series id renew timing chain too just incase. Fuel system cheaper, r90 pump and 35d piezo gets you close to 500bhp. Turbosystems htd hybrid for both, 1500+ euro. Typical costs for intercooler, exhaust (dpf delete + minimum 3", idela 3.5" diameter), mapping. Could easily spend 10k euro if you pay labour and new parts. Or you could do for few thousand with careful spending and doing bare minimum. Reliable also includes extras such as propshaft donuts, centre support bearing, water pump, thermostats, gaskets, seals, strong clutch or autobox service etc etc Not to mention upgrading suspension, brakes, tyres. Should be enough for you to think about.

Yes im overthinking it. thank for the fast answer👌I now look for a 325/30 as a daily and not my main projekt but yeah if i spend the money carefully and do the important stuff at first it would be a great car wich can give me a lot of fun🤩 Have a nice day✌️
