Why a kukri? It is often easier to do small knife jobs with a big knife than it is to do big knife jobs with a small knife.

The best I purchased in years and I buy knives often , I also will be getting another one of these and I won't wait so long this time because I wanted one of these when they first came out but as they say better late then never l, right.

One area where the 21 shines is quartering large game . 2 moose , 3 elk , deer and wild hogs . It's an excellent large butcher knife for processing game . Thanks for your excellent video Foxwalk Primitive .
@QuantumMechanic_884 жыл бұрын
Yes - The tang area is softer ... as is the tang on your BK 9 . You can take knives to any decent machine shop and have them tested for Rockwell hardness in various locations on the steel . I have done RC tests for people and charged them nothing . It takes about 10 minutes for a complete test .
@BOOSTEDLASER4 жыл бұрын
Have you chipped or rolled the edge?
@QuantumMechanic_884 жыл бұрын
@@BOOSTEDLASER No chipping and no rolled edge . The knife resharpens quickly using a DMT diamond hone and a flat butchers steel .

Hey BHK I have a Lumberjack toothpick in mint condition used ounce for 1 min and sharpened the sheath is also like new I’d love to trade for that platoon scout a former deal mine has no marks on it at all kept in oil for yrs but I’d love to get the scout platoon because the Lumberjack is a little big and the sheath sent with it was definitely not the sheath I’d ever want it was a real disappointment after spending $300 with no sheath that actually works for one that has a belt loop and fire steel loop please I’d even throw in the old smaller woods scandi knife good sheath good condition sharp spine and blade light use like new and I’d trade both for the BHK I have shown in your video thats $450 in BHK steel that aren’t made anymore which only makes prices go up most of the time for 1 knife priced between $250-$300 depending on what extras u want sheath loop what sheath I want firesteel loop handle material etc.
@barrybueler33564 жыл бұрын
$750 dollars wow and we wonder why China is killing us in manufacturing. A triad lock is one of the best lockup’s and cost much less. Or for that price get a Medford American made company that speacialize in knives u would never carry but can cut a person in a car accident right out of there roof.
